2 INTRODUCTION CONTENTS Wheeled-range mobiles The Sandvik range of wheel mounted semi-mobile crushing and screening units are stable, highly productive and possess inherent flexibility of operation. Often combining screening and crushing in one productive unit, they represent a full production system that is aimed at minimizing environmental impact, and operating in the most cost effective manner. They can be inter-locked, or operate as independent units to produce a range of fractions, with certain models being capable of independently producing three or four different fractions plus fines. These screening and crushing systems combine Sandvik state of the art crushers and screens in a wheeled transport system that allows rapid site to site transport, but presents customers with levels of productivity normally found in purely static operations. 3 UH421 CONE CRUSHER AND SCREENING UNIT UH421 Cone Crusher and Screening Unit The UH421 is an integrated mobile cone crusher and triple deck screening system. The combination of state of the art Sandvik CH440 cone crusher and Sandvik triple deck screening, combines maximum mobility and flexibility of operation, with high productivity married to high quality material production. All of this powered via electric operation for minimal environmental impact. The UH421 has proved suitable for: Aggregate Production Surface Mining Quarried rock Features and values Simple, trouble free and safe operation is ensured due to automatic continuous monitoring of the production process by the in-built intelligent control system ASRi. The cone unit fitted is the iconic Sandvik CH440 cone crusher that can be fitted with a wide range of mantels and settings for different applications. A user friendly display control panel provides a full control interface of the process that presents the operator with continuous information about current and historical production, facilitating troubleshooting and minimizing operational disturbances. Can be used as a primary, secondary or tertiary crushing and screening unit. Many process alternatives are possible, with closed circuit operation for the highest quality of end product. Fitted with two onboard screens: the Sandvik SS1013H for removing natural fines material and the Sandvik SS1433 triple deck product screen. Both screens are highly efficient heavy duty free-fall type of screens possessing high capacity capabilities. Full operator training and machine commissioning are an integral part of the machine delivery. Global aftermarket support with standard stock parts to ensure minimum machine down time. The UH421 is electrically operated which minimizes the environmental impact, while operating on cost effective energy directly from the mains supply. With environmental concerns at the heart of the unit, the UH421 is sealed for maximum dust elimination, including a dust filter. 4 UH320 CONE CRUSHER AND SCREENING UNIT UH320 Cone Crusher and Screening Unit The UH320 is an integrated mobile cone crusher and three-way split screening system. The combination of state of the art Sandvik CH430 cone crusher, and three-way split screening capability, combines maximum mobility, flexibility of operation, with high productivity married to high quality material production. Purpose designed for the Global aggregates industry, this giant of the screening and crushing world is able to combine its world class performance, with maximum efficiency, for economical operation. The UH320 has proved suitable for: Aggregate Production Surface Mining Quarried rock Features and values Utilizing the very latest in Sandvik screening technology, the SF1843, precision material screening is undertaken at production rates that match the leading crushers, but is able to produce three sized and one oversize product. The highly efficient screening unit allows an extremely accurate end product to be produced. With the Flex version it is possible to fine tune the already calibrated end product. The unit is fitted with the Sandvik CH430 cone crusher that can be fitted with a wide range of mantels and settings for different applications. Additionally, the unit may be used to produce four products when used purely in a screening mode. May be used as a tertiary crushing and screening unit, or primary in natural sand and gravel operations. Possesses many process alternatives, with closed circuit for highest quality end-product. The screen unit is fitted with a frequency inverter for feeder and conveyor for the coarsest product, and to provide step less regulation of feed rate and conveyor speed. 5 UV320 IMPACT CRUSHER AND SCREENING UNIT UV320 Impact Crusher and Screening Unit The UV320 is an integrated Vertical Shaft Impact crusher and three-way split screening system, designed for the production of premium shaped aggregates for the concrete and asphalt industries. The combination of state of the art Sandvik CV117 crusher and Sandvik three-way split screening technology combines maximum mobility and flexibility of operation, with high productivity - all married to high quality material production. Purpose designed for the Global aggregates industry, this giant of the screening and crushing world is able to combine its world class performance, with maximum efficiency, for economical operation. The UV320 has proved suitable for: Aggregate Production Surface Mining Quarried rock Features and values Capable of processing aggregates at class leading rates of production in even the most hostile of operating conditions and simultaneously producing three accurately sized products from source material. The unit is fitted with the iconic Sandvik CV117 crusher that is renowned for its cubical properties. Additionally, the unit may be used to produce four products when used purely in screening mode. High reduction rates are achievable with the CV117 crusher which operates with the unique Bi-Flow system. May be used as a tertiary crushing and screening unit, or primary in natural sand and gravel applications. Possesses many process alternatives, with closed circuit for highest quality end product. 6 UF320 SCREENING UNIT UF320 Screening Unit The UF320 is a mobile, wheel mounted triple deck screening system. Combining tried and trusted classic design with state of the art Sandvik screening technology, this machine combines maximum mobility, flexibility of operation, with high productivity married to high quality material production. All of this powered via electric operation for minimal environmental impact. The UF320 has proved suitable for: Aggregate Production Surface Mining Quarried rock Features and values Able to produce three accurately sized products, plus oversize, with the Sandvik SF1843 classifying screen. The Sandvik SF1843 is a highly efficient screen with emphasis on producing a high quality end product. Easily moved within the site, or from site to site (local travel regulations permitting) and can be readily made operational within ten minutes of arrival. The screen unit is fitted with a frequency inverter for feeder and conveyor for dealing with even the coarsest product and to provide step less regulation of feed rate and conveyor speed.
