The latest European Standard EN16005 & EN , PLc & PLd A new European Standard EN16005: 2012 was introduced in April This new regulation raised the safety, reliability and durability requirement of power operated pedestrian door sets. All the new installation in CEN members should comply with EN16005 & EN , PLc & PLd. International Patents and Certificates are available in three models: GSL-885-PLb GSL-886-PLb GSL-887-PLc Each model is also available with different Operational Speeds and Load Capacities. It provides the safest door operating environment, providing pedestrians with the best accidental door closure prevention resolution. Auto Reverse SAFE-GLİDE system is set and calibrated to respond to any resistance of 4-8kg at a speed of 15cm/ sec. Resistance of 4-8Kg Activates Auto Reverse Glass moving at 15cm per Second GSL-88 Series GRIZZLY Permanent Magnet Brushless Motor The Grizzly Closed Loop Servo Control System is highly sensitive to any environment alternations and provides adequate feedback control. E.g. when there is a strong wind the air pressure can slow down the moving doors, in case of our doors the closed loop servo control system transmits a signal to increase the engine output power in order to maintain the previously set door speed. Repeated door operation could cause temperature rise and damper decrease in the engine, but the Closed Loop Servo Control System can monitor the operational parameters of the engine to ensure the stable door operation avoiding any possible dysfunction or malfunction. Our engine is a subject of many international patents. The durability of the Dynamic Driving Block exceeds one million cycles, as proved in tests. Variable Frequency Servo Control (VFSC) High Efficiency System VFSC System continuously controls the engine to avoid any dysfunction or malfunction. Output Signal Compensated Signal 3 Full Range Reverse The doors will return to the open position no matter where they encounter an object (larger than the closing gap of 1.5cm/leaf), and will re-close at the speed of 12cm/sec/leaf after 20 seconds. High Sensitivity Reverse Counter resistance tested 4-8Kg The doors will re-open when detecting low force catchments forcing the door to close from 6 to 12kg at the closing speed of 12cm/sec. This locking feature does not require installation parts to apply onto the system because it is a build-in technology integrated into our operators. Users can access the Electronic Motor-Lock feature via our Terminal Units and Function Boxes. Unlike the traditional mechanical locks, our locking system can prevent noise when the door is locked as well as mechanical abrasion caused by frequent operation and daily use, providing a durable and reliable security system for your automatic doors. 4 Hook Engine Case and Carriage Mechanism GSL-88 Series Hook Engine Case & Cover Our premium Anodized Aluminium Housing provides optimum wear resistance with modern visual lines. Hook Engine Cover design allows cover panel to stay open without assistance for easier maintenance service or control adjustments. Hanger Block Design Adjustable Carriage Mechanism The hanger block is designed in two parts that can be flexibly raised between 0~10mm in order to adjust the door height. By unscrewing the two screws of each Sliding System GSL-88 series carriage, the door can be adjusted at a height in order to fit the installation environment. In the bi-parting door system; the mechanism can be adjusted at the gaps between doors by simply aligning the carriage ensuring perfect fitting of the two frames. Automatic Balance Mechanism Our Seesaw Roller system can immediately self-adjust to maintain balance during operation. This system ensures that at least one of the wheels is always securely rolling on the rail preventing derailing during operation. Anti-vibration technology We always follow our 5S (Speed, Safety, Strength, Silence and Smoothness) philosophy. One of its aspects is our Anti-vibration technology that insures silent opperation of our doors. 160 mm Self-cleaning Mechanism Our hanger blocks are equipped with plastic brushes which cleans the rails during each opening and closing cycle in order to keep the rail and protecting the wheels free from dust.
