For period of the successful holding of the exhibitions-sales from 2006 to 2017, their participants were more than 1000 companies from 60 countries of the world, including Europe, Israel, South Korea, China, Turkey, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and other countries. Over 200 thousand representatives of small business, agri-firms, farms attended the exhibitions. According to the results of last year s exhibitions more than 4000 contracts were concluded and realized for the delivery of equipment exhibited. In 2017, 155 companies took part in the exhibition, among them 83 foreign companies from Turkey, Germany, China, Iran, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia and other countries, 1798 contracts were concluded for a total of USD million. In the light of abovementioned, we have honor to invite you to take part in the XIIIth International Specialized Exhibition-Sale "Uzbekistan Agrotech Expo-2018" and Vll-th International Specialized Exhibition of agricultural techniques and machines "Uzbekistan Agromash Expo-2018, which will be held from May 30 to June 2, 2018 in Tashkent at Central Pavilion and outdoors of "Uzexpocentre" National Exhibition Company. 2 Information regarding price for rent of exhibition constructions, construction* of exhibition booths (stands) and attendant services of "Uzbekistan AGROTECH EXPO-2018 International Specialized Exhibition-Safe of modem equipments and technologies for agro-industrial complex of the republic Non-equipped exhibition area is granted to exhibitors free of charge. Cost of services on maximum privilege terms amounts to USD 105 per 1 sq.m. of exhibition space, including VAT of 20%. The given rate includes: 1. Cost of rent of exhibition constructions and construction of basic exhibition stands of 1 sq.m.(minimum volume 9 sq.m.) amounts to USD 35, including VAT of 20%). Basic exhibition stand consists of: - wall panels on perimeter of stand (depending on its position in floor-plan) - fascia panel with fascia inscription of name of firm, company (no more than 10 letters); - carpet flooring; - Lightening of stands (3 spot lights per 9 sq.m.). - furniture (1 table and 3 chairs per 9 sq.m.); -1 socket per 9 sq.m.; - 1 waste-basket; -1 negotiation room for stand of over 18 sq.m. Above mentioned price includes cost of rent of exhibition equipment, study of technical layout, calculation of essential exhibition equipment, marking the space, loading, unloading & transportation of exhibition equipment on expogrounds, carpet flooring, assembly of racks, beams and panels, fascia panels, loading, unloading & transportation of electrical equipment on expogrounds, power supply, assembly of sockets & spots, loading, unloading & transportation of furniture and inventories, disassembly of exhibition equipment, charges for cleaning, warehousing, storage & partial recovery of exhibition and electrical equipments. 2. Cost of attendant services for organization of exhibition per 1 sq.m. amounts to USD 70, including VAT of 20%. - Cost of attendant services includes: - Cost of electric power for lightening of stands and all pavilion - Air-conditioning and ventilation - General protection of the pavilion and adjacent territory during the exhibition (except for days of assembly/disassembly) - Daily cleaning of territory, pavilions and exhibition stands, withdrawal of garbage, transportation, warehousing & storing of tare; - Loading-unloading of exhibits by truck crane, loaders; - Placement of advertisement banners in outdoors; - Entrance to the territory upon special pass cards; - Wages of personnel; - Operational and administrational expenditures 3. Cost of attendant services in outdoors (out of pavilion) per 1 sq.m. amounts to USD 35, including VAT of 20%.

3 Cost of attendant services includes: - Cost of electric power for lightening in outdoors -general protection of adjacent territory during the exhibition (except for days of assem Ыу/d isassembly) - Daily cleaning of territory, withdrawal of garbage, transportation, warehousing & storing of tare; - Loading-unloading of exhibits by truck crane, loaders; - Placement of advertisement banners in outdoors - Entrance to the territory upon special pass cards; - Wages of personnel - Administrative expenses. *Cost of construction of exclusive stand is the contractual and subject to a separate agreement.
