Gunneman has chosen to develop a strong partnership with Cree USA, who at the moment have the lead in the area of efficiency and color quality. Despite the extensive range of products there is an enormous stock available in order to respond quickly to bigger orders. 75 / 90 / 185 High Voltage As a counterpart, we have also developed a high-voltage technology that, besides its reliability, features ease of installation and a keen price. With this positioning, GUNNEMAN ensures that the program is balanced and offers a solution that you can rely on, in every situation. 75 LV Tunable We have developed a high-quality solution with micro controllers to vary the light from cool white to warm white. This is looked for especially in smaller projects and homes. 4

5 European quality standards guaranteed! GUNNEMAN: assembly and quality control is completed in the Netherlands. The components that come from all over the world from our own jigs and moulds are in stock in large numbers. In combination with Dutch electronics developed in-house, this means that we can respond rapidly to any need in the market with our extensive collection. The products are assembled under the supervision of our own experienced people in a professional assembly environment. Experience tells us that a different quality perception prevails in some countries than we are used to in Europe, so we have introduced a double visual check that takes place before the products are packaged. In addition, each product batch undergoes a half-hour burn test. This means GUNNEMAN can assure you that there are no perceptible differences in the light color between them. All products have been developed such that you can assume that you can still order the same spot with the same light output and light color for a number of years to come. The only thing that changes is the ever lower wattage to help you work to a maximum on a sustainable environment. 5

6 75 HV DOWNLIGHTS Highly reliable The 75 HV downlights are fitted with high-quality AC LEDs, which means it can be connected directly to the mains and needs no switching power supply. In combination with the new Plug & Play system (fits on GST18) this ensures a fast and reliable installation. Humming power supplies and poor contacts as you know them from halogen products are thus a thing of the past. 3 years guarantee. Replacing existing spots The most common halogen spots have a build-in aperture of 75 mm and a front ring of ø 82 mm. The 75 HV Downlights are based on the same aperture size and have a slightly larger front ring of 90mm, so there is no visible damage to the ceiling when replacing the old spots. By replacing your halogen spots with these LED spots you earn your investment back (with normal use) within 2 years, as well as this you are helping the environment. Beautiful, even light distribution Tests have proven that the diffuser stops merely 8% of the light from the LEDs. The diffuser makes sure that the LEDs are hidden from view and create a really lovely, even light distribution in the room. The front side is splashproof so it can come into contact with water and moisture, for example in a shower cabin. Dimmable The 75 HV Downlights are dimmable in combination with the most common dimmers (See compatibility list at page 18). Lifetime People sometimes claim that LEDs last or even hours, but LEDs in particular (like a processor in your computer) quickly heat up, so they have to be kept at the correct temperature by a heatsink. If you buy an LED built-in spot, you naturally want to be sure that you won t have to replace it in a couple of years time. With individual LED bulbs that might be possible, but with fully integrated LED fittings you might have a problem. The specially developed heatsink for the 75 HV spot is so big that it easily keeps the temperature of the LED at an acceptable level. Ideal for installation The standard concrete springs are suitable for installing in both a suspended ceiling and in a concrete ceiling. The tip of the concrete spring is bent to prevent it cutting into a plasterboard ceiling. 7 50 / 75 LV DOWNLIGHTS 75 LV Tunable lightcolor The module is equipped with a double quantity of LEDs. Half of the LEDs are warm white and the other half are cool white, different lightcolors can be achieved by mixing these 2 LEDs. High reliability The LV Downlights are equipped with high quality LEDs in combination with an internal electrical circuit that can be connected through a Plug & Play system to a regular 24Vdc circuit. Other than most LED-lamps this electronic circuit does not contain any critical components (capacitators) so the lifetime is longer than the LEDs itself. 3 years warranty 50LV Pir sensor Detection sensor integrated in the led module. Switching the leds on automatically. Replacing existing halogen lamps The shape of the LOCA 50 is similar to the shape of existing halogen lamps. This makes it possible to convert your current halogen lighting system to an up to date energy saving system. 50CT Technology LV The light can be tuned by switching the light off for a short period of time. This can be done by a normal switch (or a dimmer switch). By an interruption for a longer period of time it will remember the last step. Step 1 < 2 sec. Switch off/on: 100% 4000k Step 2 < 2 sec. 8 185 LV+PS DOWNLIGHTS Cree TrueWhite technology A better way to generate white light that utilizes a patented mixture of unsaturated yellow and saturated red LED s. This results in greatest lumens per Watt at the system level in combination with an extreme high color rendering index of 95. Optical management system Built-in optical management system delivers consistent light quality over time and temperature. Each module has been tested for a color consistency with 4-step MacAdam Ellipse. TC location point To achieve lifetime and to maintain the warranty, the tc maxiumum temperature cannot exceed 70 C. Under normal conditions (ambient temperature 25 C) the temperature at this point are: White diffusor IP-protected optics give uniform white light appearance whether powered on or off Lm - 55 C 3000 Lm - 56 C 2000 Lm - 64 C 4000 Lm - 61 C The luminary is designed with onboard thermal management. Once the electronics detect an overheating condition, they will turn off the light.
