(CSI) fiberglass aboveground water storage tanks are to be installed according to NFPA 30 or 31A and current installation instructions as outlined in Pub. No. INST Local codes may apply and should be consulted. Fiberglass tanks require a proper foundation and good construction practices during installation. All tanks are for the storage of potable or non-potable water at ambient termperatures. The proper handling, installation and care of all tanks are the responsibility of the purchaser and any loss or damage resulting from improper installation, handling or care, or from storage of a product not approved by CSI, shall not be the responsibility of CSI. General terms and conditions of sale apply to these products and are stated in CSI Terms and Conditions as written on the Order Acknowledgement and Invoice. All prices are stated in USD and subject to change without notice. SHIPPING TERMS F.O.B. Manufacturing Plants: Bakersfield, California Belton, Texas All prices herein are F.O.B. shipping point. Freight invoiced to customer, sellers routing. Fuel surcharges may be added to the invoice as necessary. All orders subject to minimum-order value. Taxes not included. CUSTOMER PICK UP/ACCESSORY DELIVERY CHARGE: Skid charge (2,500 gallon capacity and similar) Unit Price $550 Net Per Tank Customer pick up $220 Net Per Tank Nylon straps (export, minimum of 2) $250 Net Per Strap UPS accessory shipment $120 Net Per Box Payment Terms: 50% deposit required with order. Balance subject to approval or as shown on the invoice. Owner is responsible for fully disclosing to CSI the intended usage and contents stored for each tank. WARRANTY Product warranties are available on the CSI website or by calling your local sales representative. Product Warranties are suspended until the CSI invoice is paid in full.
