The Hoerbiger Group has four major product divisions:- Compression Technology- deals with Compressor Valves includes REED valves, Check valves, and Wear Component and Regulation equipment for Compressor. Engine Solutions A part of the compression technology group now, deals with solutions for engines like GTI Bi-Fuel Systems, ignition systems, control & monitoring systems, control panels, air/fuel ratio control, load control units and many more Drive Technology- deals with Automotive Components such as Synchro Systems, Friction Plates for Wet Clutches and Brakes Automation Technology- deals with Pneumatic Control System, Hydraulic Power Packs - Rod less Cylinder which finds application in transfer lines Hoerbiger maintains worldwide more than 140 setups in 70 countries. The Group has total strength of 6000 employees. The manufacturing facility was completed on 12th Dec 1994 with the first full year of operations starting from 1st Jan The Company subsequently opened a Service Centre on 20th March Currently, the Company employs 366 people with its Regional Offices in North (Delhi), South (Chennai), East (Kolkata), North East (Guwahati) and West (Vadodara) of India and a dealer network all over India. The Company is ISO certified and adheres to global Hoerbiger manufacturing standards. The activities in India are currently confined to the Compression Technology Business which relates to the manufacturing of products for the compressors such as Compressor Valves, Wear Components (Cylinder Rings, Packing Rings, and Oil Scrappers), Controls, Reed valves, Screw Compressor Components & Valves for Marine applications. The Company also has a strong focus for Repair and Reconditioning of Compressor Components and also offers health check (monitoring) of compressors. CE Valve: Non metallic ring type of valve. Successful in dirty gas application to prolong mean time between two shutdowns of compressor. Energy efficient valve for high molecular weight gases. HDS Valve: Double damped plate type of valve. Available in metallic & non metallic versions. Durable. Widely used across all application. Concentric Valve: Combined Suction & Discharge valve. Good Solution where space is constraint. Used in Air, Ammonia application.

Oil Scrapper Rings: To prevent oil flow from crankcase to packing case / cylinder. To minimize mixing of gas with oil.

Rider Rings act as bearing ring and takes piston weight and half of piston rod weight.

Depending on application and grade of material piston can either be nitrated or anodized.

Available in Steel, Cast Iron & Aluminium material. Depending on application and grade of material piston can either be nitrated or anodized. Piston Rod is either forged or machined. Available in Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. Packing area of rod can be induction hardened, nitrated or tungsten carbide coated. Thread of rod can be rolled or machined.
