7 Our range of Semi-Hermetic Compressor Receiver Packages are designed for applications where the compressor is located close to the evaporator or the condenser is in a remote location. We can select air-cooled or water-cooled condensers to suit the application. We have a range of screw compressors in compressor/ receiver package configuration. Compressor ratings are based on 0K Subcooling/ K superheat/ +45 C Condensing Temperature - please contact Altitude for applications outside these parameters. Benefits of Altitude CR Packages Receivers are CE approved and certified. Rotalock inlet and outlet valves. Altitude CR Packages are designed so that the receiver does not bear the weight of the compressor. The compressor is mounted on a selfsupporting robust steel frame. Compressors mounted directly on to the receiver can cause damage to the receiver due to the weight, vibration, fluctuation in pressure and temperature, resulting in fracture of the welded seams. Altitude CR packages have been designed with the service technician in mind so the components are all easily accessible and serviceable, unlike some CR packages where components are jammed into any space available to make parts fit into the smallest possible footprint. Altitude CR packages have a universal compressor mounting design so rails can be moved in two directions to line up with the mounting positions of most common compressors, resulting in quick easy installation without having to drill holes or weld brackets for mounting bolts. Altitude CR packages are powder coated to Grey RAL7035 colour.
