Butterfly valves from Belimo are available as classical D6..N wafer types and as D6..NL lug types. Motorised with modulating actuators, they offer in economic terms extremely interesting overall solutions for the control of small to large volumetric flows. Extremely low pressure losses ensure maximum energy efficiency, first-class product quality and intelligent actuator concepts guarantee long-term investment protection. Wide range of applications The butterfly valve product range D6..N/D6..NL comprises nominal diameters from DN 25 to DN 700. A practically equal percentage valve characteristic curve can be achieved in the opening range of º. Because of the low pressure losses, considerable energy savings can be realised in applications such as injection circuits with 2-way, open heat exchangers or in cold and hot water circuits in general. Butterfly valves and actuators also have proven the reliability of their operational safety in practice even under difficult conditions. For the user, this means: Costs can be reduced, not only with the procurement of the inexpensive butterfly valve and actuator combinations but also during operation! New actuator product range A wide product range of modulating actuators with torques from 18 to 3500 Nm for indoor () and outdoor (IP66/67) applications is available for the motorisation of the D6..N/D6..NL butterfly valves. Their rapid running times make for improved control quality. Special MF types make it possible to adjust the actuators onsite precisely to the respective application. With the MP types, up to eight actuators can be combined in one MP-Bus line and integrated in all conventional field bus systems. The cabling costs for the bus integration can be lowered by as much as 90%.
