Your specific Domestic Rate Code table is available at canadapost.ca/prices. 2. Reference the price sheet for the parcel service desired, eg. Xpresspost. Cross-reference the parcel weight or Volumetric Equivalent (VE)* with the rate code determined in step 1. These prices apply to each individual item separately. Weights of multiple pieces cannot be combined. 3. Add the price for the options you need. * For more information about Volumetric equivalent (VE) refer to the Canada Postal Guide at canadapost.ca/postalguide. Sizes and Weights Maximum size No one dimension may exceed 2 m (78.7 in.) Maximum length plus girth = 3 m (118 in.) 6 Prepaid Products Solutions for Small Business Prepaid products are flat-priced, postage-included envelopes in regional and national formats, which are purchased in advance and used as required. Prepaid envelopes are also available for shipping documents to the U.S.A. and specified international destinations. Prepaid envelopes can be ordered by calling They can be dropped off at any post office. Depending on the size, Xpresspost prepaid products can also be dropped off in any street letter box. NOTE: All prices in the Prepaid Products section already include a fuel surcharge. Option prices are in supplement.
