4 Drill and Blast Our specifically designed high production blast-hole hammers are simple, robust and have very few parts, making them both user friendly and reliable. All our high performance hammers are built at our state-of-the-art lean manufacturing plant using the highest quality heat treated nickel chrome alloy steels and processes that meet ISO 9001:2008 standards. No make up required 2- Reversible cylinder for increased hammer life 3- Heavy piston increases blow energy 4- Available in a variety of shanks The Super Dominator 450 has been specifically designed for high production drilling in blast-hole applications. The hammer is robust and has few parts, making it both user friendly and reliable. The Super Dominator 450 is fitted with a non-returnvalve in the top adaptor for quick and easy inspection and maintenance operations. A fixed air distributor in the top adaptor body means the Super Dominator 450 requires no shimming which simplifies servicing. This Halco hammer has no liner which increases the piston power output.

This product is suited for waterwell and shallow oil and gas applications with a top supported piston and a recommended minimum bit size of 135mm. It benefits from a Heavy Duty outside diameter which provides longer life in abrasive ground conditions.

The unique one piece top adaptor with N.R.V. (Non-Return-Valve) makes the hammer easy to inspect and maintain. The Super Dominator 650 requires only a few tools to service and maintain the hammer.

It s class leading performance has been achieved with a larger/ heavier piston and a valveless air cycle providing a 50% increase stroke. As well as a reversible cylinder for prolonged hammer life, the Dominator 850 benefits from a QL 80 shank design. The one piece top adaptor with N.R.V (Non-Return-Valve) makes it easy to maintain and service the hammer.

Manufacturing process Using the latest CNC technology machines for turning and milling. We use API certified thread gauges to ensure perfect threads. All threads are inspected before leaving the factory. Pipes up to are available friction welded ensuring a stronger weld with even quality.
