1 ABC OF USAGE WGs INJECTORS New WGS injectors are the next generation of our product. Changes have been made of both design, construction, and calibration. Further development of the product led to the introduction of further changes leading to improve the work stability of our WGS injectors. Injectors have been calibrated and pre-sorted to optimize their work. Best to be completed within a single part. When making changes, we tried to remove all the defects and problems that we identified through signals from customers. We have worked on improving the tightness and we tried to eliminate changes of expenditure in injectors during their operation. Please pay special attention to these areas during the inspection and testing of a new generation of WGS injectors. Injectors are designed for sequential gas injection systems in gas installations. Supported Fuel: LPG WARNING!!! Be sure to pay attention to the conditions of product storage before installing it in the vehicle. The injectors should be stored at room temperature and tightly closed. They must not be mixed with the earlier versions. Page 1/6

Below are the main parameters for preselection of the appropriate injector. WGS-11 (11 mg / injection) for engines up to 350 cm3 / cylinder *; up to 20 HP / cylinder WGs-14 (14 mg / injection) for engines up to cm3 / cylinder*; HP / cylinder WGS-18 (18 mg / injection) for engines up to cm3 / cylinder *; HP / cylinder WGS-24 (24 mg / injection) for engines more than 600 cm3 / cylinder *; > 36 HP / cylinder for tinj. = 10 ms, fset. = 10 Hz, ppow. = 2.2 bar absolute * with a scaler to 1.3 petrol injection time Installation For best performance WGS injectors requires the use of setter filters. Tubing used in the assembly should be not less than 4 mm. It is recommended to gently tighten the gas hoses. When installing the injector hold it by the body and not the bundle. Do not pull the cord or cable termination. To remove or insert the injector hold it by the body. It is recommended to avoid the injector installation in an inverted position. After assembly, the injector cannot hang around or rub against engine components. Page 3/6

4 Control Recommended WGS injector control parameters: PMW filling 30% Maintenance of the current 10 khz Continuous operating time 1,7-1,8 ms (it is recommended to use as short operating time as possible, limit of ms) Due to the lack of settings for WGS injectors in selection bar of certain control programs it is recommended to select from a list of settings for injectors with the shortest activation time, eg. for STAG controller recommended Rail Horizon. In the case of the possibility of independent setup, recommended control parameters should be used.
