8 SAFETY HAS PRIORITY Of course, the CAMPSTER already offers in series and optional (with *) the latest technologies that make driving easier, more comfortable and, above all, safer. COLOURED HEAD-UP DISPLAY* ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL* ACTIVE EMERGENCY BRAKE ASSISTANT* BLIND SPOT ASSISTANT* The Head-Up Display * developed by CITROËN lets you project the most important driving information in colour onto a transparent surface in your field of vision. No excuse: you will always stay focused on the road! The adaptive cruise control * allows you to adjust the speed of the van to that of the vehicle ahead. This automatic regulation system can decrease the speed to just 20 km / h simply by stepping on the accelerator. This automatic safety brake (Active Safety Break) * prevents collisions. The camera on top of the windshield detects obstacles such as a moving or stationary vehicle in the same direction of travel of your own vehicle. The system works from a speed of 5 km / h up to 140 km / h. The driver is warned as soon as a possible collision is detected. If he does not respond, the system brakes automatically. The Blind Spot Assistant * warns you that a vehicle is in the blind spot through an orange LED in the corner of the exterior mirror. This system consists of 4 sensors in the front and rear bumper and is active between 12 and 140 km / h.

9 AUTOMATIC HIGH BEAM ASSISTANT TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNITION* ATTENTION ASSISTANT LANE DEPARTURE PREVENTION (LDP) ASSISTANT * The system monitors the volume of traffic and automatically takes over the switching from high to low beam and vice versa. In the dark and at a speed of 25 km / h, the system activates - if the speed drops below 15 km / h, it is automatically deactivated. This novel system works by means of the camera placed at the upper edge of the windshield. If it detects a speed limit sign, the system forwards the information about the instrument cluster to you. This speed can then be stored as a default for the cruise control. The system uses a multifunction camera in the windscreen to monitor the driver s behavior and respond to inattentiveness. Once the system detects a loss of focus, the driver is warned by an audible and a visual signal. The Lane Departure Prevention Assistant * recognizes passing through solid or broken white lane markings. As soon as the vehicle passes over a lane marking without activated turn signals, the driver is warned by a combination of acoustic and visual signals. 8 9
