4 The fitting framework for all your plans. The Sprinter chassis with a standard frame succeeds in meeting the most diverse of body and application requirements. Behind four application-related suspension configurations lie four stabilisation stages which are achieved through a specific combination of suspension components such as anti-roll bars, shock absorbers and reinforced springs. What they all have in common is the ultra-modern chassis technology. In the case of the Sprinter chassis with a standard frame the vehicle has been lowered by around 30 mm 1, rounding off the high ride comfort. By way of example: the smooth power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering and the small turning circle 2 make manoeuvring much easier for you. With the robust and durable standard frame the Sprinter chassis offers the bodybuilders for camper vans a sound basis for bearing loads, anchoring points and connections 3. 1 Standard for 3.5 t perm. 6 205 mm less, many more possibilities. Thanks to a special low-frame chassis, the Sprinter offers an excellent platform for creating low-level camper vans. Developed in collaboration with the company AL-KO, this chassis, which has a 205 mm lower frame compared to the standard frame, provides the ideal basis for a double floor yet with a low overall body height and without having to forego the benefits of rear-wheel drive. The additional stowage space, and the space for locating thermal or acoustic insulation, are further benefits of the double floor. As one of the most sustainable vehicles in its class the Sprinter achieves superb emission and consumption values thanks to the systematically evolved engines 1 and innovative BlueEFFICIENCY technology. 10 Highbeam Assist. The Highbeam Assist function automatically controls the main beam depending on the surroundings and the traffic situation to ensure excellent vision. Lane Keeping Assist. Lane Keeping Assist warns the driver if they leave their lane unintentionally by issuing audible and visual signals. COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST. Gives visual and audible warnings if the distance to a vehicle or obstacle is insufficient and uses BAS PRO to provide assistance with emergency braking. 02

11 Sets standards in terms of safety. 01 The Sprinter has no need to hide behind any passenger car thanks to its Driving Assistance package unique in the van segment. One of the highlights is the COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST as an integral part of the Driving Assistance package. It issues visual and audible warnings if the distance between you and another vehicle or obstacle is too short and assists you during emergency braking. You can see the other components of the optional Driving Assistance package in the table below. Your Sprinter already includes Crosswind Assist as standard 1 plus a wealth of further standard equipment such as driver s front airbag, three-point seat belts with belt tensioner and belt force limiter for the driver and front passenger, 2-way head restraints, hydraulic brake system, adaptive brake lights, tyre pressure monitoring system 2 and exterior mirrors with integral turn signal lamps and additional wide-angle mirrors 3.
