3 The perfect combination The Panorama brings together the best qualities of Plaxton bodywork and the proven Volvo chassis in one ground-breaking coach. Plaxton s expertise in coach building is second to none. Like every Plaxton, the Panorama is British-built to last with a stainless 12% chrome steel framework that is both lightweight and durable. Easy maintenance is built into the design too, thanks to rapidly replaced, detachable lower skirt panels and easy access to all essential mechanical components. All the usual Plaxton styling refinements are part of the package too, including comfortable, high back reclining coach seating with charging points and individual passenger service units. A sliding seat system option maximises seating and enables rapid conversion to accommodate a wheelchair. Access for wheelchairs is through the entrance or side-door, with no need for a lift. The proven capabilities of Plaxton in double deck design have been used in full to maximise passenger capacity and comfort, with access to the upper saloon via mid-coach and front staircases. 4 A specially designed three-axle Volvo chassis combined with a powerful but fuel-efficient 460hp Euro 6 engine and I-Shift automated manual transmission - provides the ultimate in solid build quality, smooth ride, drive efficiency and economy. 5

4 Designed to perform 4m As you d expect, every aspect of the Panorama has been designed to make sure operators can maximise performance and profitability. The 4m operational height of the Panorama makes international touring as viable as operating domestic services. Large luggage storage space is another attraction. Total luggage capacity is 10.1m3, with 6.8m3 in a flat floor hold above the rear axles and engine. This hold is easily loaded along its entire length through doors on both sides of the vehicle, as well as a nearside full height compartment access door. Full depth luggage racks to both the upper and lower saloons provide ample storage and ease of access for hand luggage. Further over-wheel luggage storage is available in the lower saloon. The Panorama provides comfortable, high back, reclining coach seating for up to 91 passengers.* 6 *Capacity is variable according to whether or not you choose to configure the lower saloon for a wheelchair user and/or a freshwater flush toilet cubicle. 7

The low-floor entrance with wheelchair access at either door complete with lightweight foldaway ramps - and lots of storage space, including overhead racks in both the lower and upper saloons, makes boarding easy. The journey is made even more enjoyable by luxury high backed seats, air conditioning, superb visibility, panoramic views through double glazed tinted windows, various audio-visual options and an ultra smooth ride.
