Requirements: 604 / 622 / 623 models require a special cladding kit to accommodate the knee crutch brackets. Refer to Midmark pricing catalog to determine proper kit. Contents: Instation... Models: 622 / 623 Note The cladding on 604 models with serial numbers Vxxxxxx thru present is magnetic. It is not necessary to remove drawers / screws. Models: 604 / 622 / 623 / 625 Step : Remove side cladding. Model: / 623 cladding is magnetic. Pull outward to remove. Screws Model: 625 Serial # s prior to V77445: Cladding is secured with screws from inside cabinet. Tabs To remove 625 cladding: A. Press two tabs. B. Pull bottom of cladding away from table. C. Lift cladding up to remove. Tab MA8050i To remove top drawer: A. Pull drawer out. B. Press tab on RH slide DOWN. C. Press tab on LH slide UP. 2 Models: 204 / 604 / 222 / 223 / 622 / 623 / 625 (Instation is the same for Knee Crutch Bracket w/spline Washer Step 2: Remove hole plug (if present). Clamp Plate Step 3: Position clamp bracket & washers. Secure with two hex screws. Apply hole cover label if desired. Repeat for other bracket. Hole Cover Label Step 4: Position clamp plate with the offset against the upperwrap as shown, then secure clamp plate to bracket with one screw. Repeat for other bracket. Models: 604 / 622 / 623 Step 5: Inst notched side cladding. Note: If insting brackets with splines, you must remove hole plug from the side cladding. Models: 625 Step 5: Remove access panels. Inst side cladding. Note: If insting brackets with splines, you must remove hole plugs from the side cladding. 622 / 623 Models: 604 / 622 / 623 / 625 Step 6: Inst knee crutches. 3 Models: 230 / 630 Hole Plug Step : Remove two hole plugs. Stirrup Stop Screw Step 2: Remove stirrup stop screw, and stirrup assembly. Step 3: Position clamp bracket. Secure with two screws / nuts.
