3 Background: Ambient Air Quality of Delhi-NCR In compliance to the direction of Hon ble National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi Dated: November 17, 2017 (in the matter of Vardhman Kaushik Vs. 21 Meteorological data summary 2017 Monthly average mixing height was 542 meters with maximum daily average of 880 meters on 11 th December and minimum of 286 meters on 1 st December. Monthly average wind speed was 2.4 m/s with maximum daily average 3.7 m/s on 15 th December and minimum was 1.0 m/s on 03 rd December. Monthly average temperature was 17.4 C with maximum daily average 20 C on 9 th December and minimum 12.5 C on 14 th November. Monthly average relative humidity was 57.3 % with maximum daily average 80.6 % on 12 th December and minimum 30.6 % on 06 th December.
