2 NIPPO Seamlessline LED PRODUCT LISTING Seamlessline T-6 LED is a linear lighting system designed for continuous light and consistent color. Featuring a unique side-lamp socket design, these lamps can be mounted end-to-end for smooth and continuous illumination. In continuous runs, lamps are as close as 1/16 ; illumination of the lamp ends allows for continuous light patterns. Individual fixtures include nominal lengths of 34, 4, and 6. All fixture lengths can be coupled together to form an ETL listed continuous thru-wire system. Lumen output and color are maintained no matter what length is used, allowing designers to mix and match sizes to form custom lengths. Lumen output per foot of various length lamps varies less than 5%. Seamlessline T-6 LED is available in a range of color temperatures from 24K to K. Average rated life of Seamlessline LED lamps is, hours. Performance Seamlessline LED offers high efficiency with superior light output and color consistency within each lamp color temperature. The output brightness of various length lamps varies 5% or less. Color consistency is maintained within a range of 3 MacAdam Ellipses. Lamps are smoothly dimmable down to 6% (with use of -1V dimmers). CRI ranges from Construction Seamlessline LED fixtures are constructed of anodized extruded aluminum including a snap-fit cover, spring clip lamp sockets and lamp retaining wire for maximum protection. Lamps are constructed with a polycarbonate cover for high impact resistance and uniform light distribution along with an extruded aluminum heat sink for maximum thermal management. LED lamps contain no mercury. Mounting Options Seamlessline T-6 Fixtures can be surface or cable mounted using pre-punched rear mounting holes for easy installation. Fixtures can also be ½ pendant mounted using knock-outs on the back side of the housing. There are a variety of connections available including SF power feed box for surface conduit entry, SCI I-Coupler for connecting fixtures together, SCL Corner box and others. Electrical Power can be brought to the fixtures through 7/8" or 5/8" knock-outs on the back or side of the housing. The SF Power Feed Box accessory allows for end-feed. Drivers operate on voltages. All fixtures are pre-wired with factory installed quick-disconnect connectors for power feed and thru-wiring. Pinch connectors are utilized for the low voltage dimming connections. Fixtures can be connected for end-to- end runs utilizing the SCI I-Coupler. Seamlessline lamps are ETL tested to UL 1598 and CSA C22.2 NO. 2. standards.
