(H) Medical Technology in Radiography, B.Sc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant, B.Sc. in Dental Hygine & B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology of AIIMS, New Delhi and Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Operation Theatre & Anaesthesiology (OTAT) and Medical Technology in Imaging & Therapy (MTIT) of AIIMS Bhubaneswar The following is the lists of candidates who have appeared for the Entrance Examination held on for the courses of Bachelor of Optometry, B.Sc. (H) Medical Technology in Radiography, B.Sc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant, B.Sc. in Dental Hygine & B.Sc.. in Operation Theatree Technology of AIIMS, New Delhi and Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Operation Theatre & Anaesthesiology (OTAT) and Medical Technology in Imaging & Therapy (MTIT) of AIIMS Bhubaneswar and called for the 1 st round for counselling (Eight times of actual number of seatss advertised in each category) scheduled on Further, for allocation of seats, physical counselling will be done. Candidates will exercise their choice of course and institution during counselling as per their ra in their respective category. Choice thus made will be final & no furtherr claim in this regard will be entertained thereafter. 12 Ra Over all Ra The candidature of the above candidates is subject to their satisfying the eligibility conditions as laid down in the Prospectus; verification of the information furnished in their application forms and the verification of original certificates/documents at the time of counselling. The above candidates are required to bring one set of photoo copy of following documents mentioned below on the day of 1 st round of counselling. i) Self attested copy of certificate in proof of passing the th class under Scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination/Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board. ii) Self attested copy of certificate from the Board showing his/her date of birth. iii) Self attested copy of mark sheet of the qualifying examination i.e. th class under 10+2 Scheme/Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination in proof of having secured 50% or more marks (45% in case of / candidates) in aggregatee in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology OR Mathematics. iv) Candidates belonging to /// category (applicable only if mentioned in the application form) are required to bring the copy of the relevant certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed form as appended in the Prospectus. [ (NCL) certificate should be valid for Central Government jobs/central Govt. Institutions only, otherwise claim for reservation will not be considered. However, issuing date of (NCL) Certificate should be within one year prior the day of 1 st Counselling i..e v) IMPORTANT: Candidates who opt for Operation Theatre & Anaesthesiology Technology (OTAT), Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) and Medical Technology in Imaging & Therapy (MTIT) of AIIMS BHUBANESWAR are required to note the following Terms & Conditions: The candidates selected for the above mentioned courses will not get any stipend during the study period. They have to work for two years in AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, after completion of the course, failing which they have to pay Rs. 2 lakhs as compensation. This bond has to be executed from alll students at the time of joining. During this post course training period (2 years) they will get Rs 18,000/ / per month consolidated salary or as per guidelines of AIIMS Bhubaneshwar in this regard.
