X 4 The X Series heavy duty precision N lathe by Kingston is designed for heavy and long work pieces for the energy, mining, textile, paper, and transportation industries.

It is equipped with a V8 hydraulic turret, and both a powerful 25HP/30HP main motor and a 5.45 HP and 9.5 HP A servo motor that drives the X and Z-axis respectively.

1 X 4 The X Series heavy duty precision N lathe by Kingston is designed for heavy and long work pieces for the energy, mining, textile, paper, and transportation industries. Utilizing the same headstock and spindle bore of Kingston s HR model engine lathe, the X 4 features a 4.06 bore, or swing, length. It is equipped with a V8 hydraulic turret, and both a powerful 25HP/30HP main motor and a 5.45 HP and 9.5 HP A servo motor that drives the X and Z-axis respectively. The headstock has 4 gear shifts controlled by hydraulics for greater torque, and the main spindle has a three point bearing support system making it ideal for cutting heavy and extremely hard materials. Also available in 7.09, 10, 12.5 and 14.5 ore. Main spindle 4.06 (104mm) bore hardened and ground alloy steel spindle for greater accuracy. Utilizing the same headstock and spindle bore as the popular HP and HPX models, the X 7 & 10 features a 7.09 and 10.1 bore respectively, A2-15 spindle nose and comes ready for both front and rear chucks. Two precision taper roller bearings in the spindle ensure heavy duty cutting capability and lasting performance. The powerful 40/50 HP main motor is coupled with a 4-speed headstock for maximum torque, and unique to Kingston is the 5.5 HP and 9.5 HP A servo motor that drives the X and Z-axis.
