2 Ordering When ordering, releases for all product (new and remanufactured) may be sent or phoned in to our central order point for clutches in Richmond, Indiana. Box 1345 Richmond, IN Phone: (800) or (765) FAX: (800) or (765) Ordering Guidelines A. Quantities: (24): The minimum order is 24 clutch installations of new and/or remanufactured product. If your 24 piece order is a mix of new installations and remanufactured installations to achieve the 24 piece minimum quantity, your order must contain a minimum of eight (8) remanufactured installations and a minimum of eight (8) new installations. Brakes are to be ordered in multiples of 5, drive pins in multiples of 6, and lube tubes in a 30 piece pack. (36): You may also order clutches in 36 and up quantities to receive the best price. If your 36 piece order is a mix of new installations and remanufactured installations to achieve the 36 piece minimum quantity, your order must contain a minimum of eight (8) remanufactured installations and a minimum of eight (8) new installations. Brakes are to be ordered in multiples of 5, drive pins in multiples of 6, and lube tubes in a 30 piece pack. B. Clutch brakes, drive pins, and lube tubes are included in the program, but cannot be used to meet the minimum requirements. C. Each individual order new, reman, or combined product to be shipped to one location only. D. Each installation shipped will be individually boxed. E. Terms are 2% 15th. Prox./Net 30. F. Freight will be prepaid. (Prepaid shipments are made within the Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territorial Possessions are prepaid to port; collect from port to destination. Special requests to ship via air, UPS, bus, etc. will be shipped prepaid and shipping charges will be added to the invoice.) G. Delivery: We will ship all factory direct orders of new and/or remanufactured products within 2 weeks from receipt of order. This is a shipping time, not delivery time. H. Orders for 23 or smaller quantities of new and reman clutches will be shipped at the prices listed in the latest issue of our HEAVY DUTY CLUTCH PARTS & ASSEMBLIES price list. These orders will be combined with others for products normally purchased from Richmond and are subject to the ordering guidelines of Spicer products normally purchased from Richmond. DS

3 Core Allowance & Procedures (New Clutches) Eaton Clutch will credit warehouse distributors $25.00 for a 14" cast Angle-Spring, Easy-Pedal, or Solo clutch core, or $15.00 for a 14" cast Meritor clutch core. They will credit warehouse distributors $80.00 for a 15 1/2" cast Angle-Spring, Easy-Pedal, Solo or cast Meritor clutch core, providing the following conditions are met: 1) New Angle-Spring, Easy-Pedal, or Solo clutches have been purchased; 2) All clutch core shipments under 1,000 lbs. must be shipped freight prepaid. All clutch core shipments over 1,000 lbs. can be shipped freight collect. Freight collect shipments must be shipped via Eaton approved carriers. Collect shipments on any other carriers will not be accepted. For approved carrier listing, see the attachment to the core form and/or call a remanufacturing facility. 3) Core returns must be approved by one of our core return centers, and they must be the Eaton Spicer Angle- Spring, Easy-Pedal, Solo, or the Meritor design; other manufacturers' products are not acceptable. 4) Credit will be issued strictly on our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any cores that are not in reusable condition. Disposition of material is to be indicated on the core return form. If rejected material is to be returned, we will ship it freight collect to your location. 5) Partial credit may be given, depending on the condition of the complete core assembly. 4 Core Allowance & Procedures (Reman Clutches) Eaton Clutch will credit warehouse distributors the following amounts for reman core credit: 14" Eaton Spicer Angle-Spring, Easy-Pedal, Solo, or Meritor $ /2" Eaton Spicer Angle-Spring, Easy-Pedal, Solo, or Meritor $120 Eaton Clutch will issue credit as indicated above providing the following conditions are met: 1) Angle-Spring or Easy-Pedal clutches remanufactured by Eaton have been purchased. 2) 14" and 15 1/2" clutch core credits will be issued in equal quantities up to and not to exceed the quantity purchased. 3) Size and type of clutch cores must match the size and type of clutches that were ordered. 4) Core returns must be approved by one of our core return centers, and they must be Eaton Spicer Angle- Spring, Easy-Pedal, Solo, or Meritor cores; other products are not acceptable. 5) Cores must be returned within 180 days of the original remanufactured clutch purchase. Cores submitted in excess of purchases will be held 90 days for credit against future purchases, after which they will be purchased by Eaton Corporation at "New Clutch" core allowance prices. 6) Credit will be issued strictly on our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any cores that are not in reusable condition. Disposition of material is to be indicated on the core return form. If rejected material is requested to be returned, we will return it freight collect to your location. 7) All clutch core shipments under 1,000 lbs. must be shipped freight prepaid. All clutch core shipments under 1,000 lbs. must be shipped freight prepaid. The shipping documents should be marked: CORES CORE ITEM NO , USED AUTO PARTS, VALUE FOR RECONDITIONING ONLY, AT CLASS 60. Use core return form supplied by Eaton. A packing list should also be sent listing the cores being returned, along with customer's address and telephone number. Returns must be boxed and/or strapped securely to pallets. Cores packaged in barrels, drums, or sacks WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Clutch discs are required. Freight collect shipments 1000 lbs. or over MUST be shipped via Eaton approved carriers. List of approved carriers accompanies core return form or may be obtained from the appropriate core return location.
