5 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION C AR SHOW We would love to see all your prized possessions on display at the show, and encourage you to register so the young and old of Southland can come and share in our passion for Mustangs. Participants may enter more than one car in the show, however each car can only be judged in ONE of the classes from ALL CARS are eligible for awards in classes A C. One car per registration form; please complete a copy of page 1 for each additional car to be shown. J U DGING Please note, judging is not mandatory. Indicate if your car is NOT to be judged by ticking the NFJ (not for judging box) on the Registration page. We reserve the right to alter classes depending on entries. Cars will be judged on cleanliness and condition. Bonnets are to be open for judging. Convertible tops to be up until judging is complete. Seat covers and mats to be removed from car. Doors to be unlocked, and windows up. Boots to be closed these will not be judged. Insurance is the responsibility of the car owners. L A DIES DAY OUT You know what they say - while the cats away the mice will play! As part of the convention festivities, the girls will be organising a Ladies Day Out : a tour around the town showcasing the best Fashion, Food and Décor stores our beautiful city has to offer. A CCOMODATION The Ascot hotel is less than 1km from the Velodrome and is the recommended accommodation for all attendees.
