3 KEY MANAGEMENT (a) MR. TOH CHEE HUI (Chief Executive Director cum Managing Director) Mr. Toh Chee Hui has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the manufacturing of adhesive and all kind of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes industry. His career started in 1993, when he assisted the late father, Mr. Toh Sue Bee over the family business, which was in the manufacturing of packaging tapes and fancy ribbons and was responsible for overall operations. He has contributed significantly in providing the technical expertise in the Group's manufacturing operations. Mr. Toh Chee Hui was instrumental in setting up the Group's Research & Development ( R&D ) Division, providing research and technical support to production and marketing departments. Throughout the experience in the tapes industries, Mr. Toh Chee Hui has established a wide business networking and good rapport with local and international business community. Mr. Toh views product change management as a fundamental part of doing business and is required to meet critical business needs. On going through the innovative programmes and the research and development, the Company has produced variety of products customized with the customer's requirements. Mr. Toh Chee Hui was the winner for the 2007 China top ten choi-chi people award. (b) MS. TOH MEI MEI (Business Development Director) Ms. Toh Mei Mei graduated with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from University of Iowa, Unites States of America. She has more than 2 years experience as an industrial engineer and more than 5 years in business development cum business administration of manufacturing firm. Currently, Ms. Toh Mei Mei assume a direct role in electronic tape production and overseas sales marketing. (c) MR. TOH YEE SING (Business Development Director) Mr. Toh Yee Sing graduated with a Bachelor of Management Information System, Oklahoma State University, United States of America. He has more than 7 years experience in business administration of manufacturing company. Currently, Mr. Toh Yee Sing assuming a direct role in local sales marketing of Indonesia Plant. (d) MS. CINDY YONG (Financial Controller) Ms. Cindy Yong graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from University of Tasmania, Australia. She is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Certified Practising Accountants, Australia. Ms. Cindy has more than 20 years experience in finance and management accounting. (e) MR. EDWARD YOUNG JIAN CHAI (Factory Manager) Edward Young Jian Chai has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sectors, experience of team development, coaching and knowledge of continuous improvement process, collaboration team building orientation to work with people at all levels. He jointed Sweet Tape Enterprise (M) Sdn. Bhd as Factory Manager in year 2005 and presently he is in charge of the overall operation of the factory of the company.
