NCT of Delhi for Academic Year and subsequent Circular No. F.DE.18.2(15)/E-V/2017/ dated and No. F.DE.18.2(15)/E-V/2017/ dated , and circular No. F.DE.18.2(15)/E-V/2017/995 Dated: and further a circular No. No.DE.18.2(16)/E-V/ / dated Applicants, whose names have b i referred in the list are eligible for drawing a panel of Guest Teacher for the year , for different post/subject/category in r/o. District West-A are hereby informed to submit his/her willingness along with current contact details for engagement as a Guest Teacher latest by positively in the office of Deputy Director of Education, District (West-A), Karampura, New Moti Nagar, New Delhi , failing which the request for engagement will not be entertained under any circumstances. Since, this is a list of panel of Guest Teacher/applicant in the panel and it does not confer the righ )r engagement. School will be allotted only after submission of his/her acceptance of Guest Teachers subject to requirement/vacancy of subject teacher/eligibility as per RRs. The eligible candidate will also submit an undertaking to this effect that he/she has not applied other than the present post and not working in any Govt. School of DoE. In case he/she applied more than one post for example TGT as well as PGT then such candidate will submit their option either for the post of TGT or PGT. The above list is only eligibility list and this may not be treated as final selection list. The deployment of tl-a.,andidates (Guest Teacher) will only be done on the basis of requirement/vacancy, merit, admissibility as per rules applicable.

2 As regards the candidates, who applied under OBC Category on the basis of OBC Certificate issued by other state, their cases will be decided subject to fulfillment of criteria/condition applicable and after seeking clarifications from Competent Authority. The documents will be again verified while deployment in the school before their joining, in case it is found that the case does not fulfill the criteria, RRs, then his/her request for joinii will be summarily rejected. It is reiterated that merely, containing the name of candidates (Guest Teacher) in the eligibility list ipso-facto, does not confer the right for deployment/engagement. It is just to inform the candidate in order to know about their placement in the eligibility list. No TA/DA in this regard will be paid to the candidate/applicant. Encl:- 1.
