2 COMPANY INTRO The roots of Speedwerx go back to the 80 s and 90 s, when owner Steve Houle was designing and building parts for his own race sleds. His innovative ideas spoke for themselves as he proved to be a dominating force in snowmobile racing, winning many races and multiple world championships along the way. We have developed a complete supercharger kit for the Arctic Cat 800cc sleds using a top of the line supercharger from ProCharger, one of the industry leaders in superchargers. Our kit comes complete with everything needed for a complete install with a few options to choose from. This kit makes 225hp on premium pump gas from 5,000 to 13,000 ft. Please call for race gas applications. No chassis modifications are needed to install the kit. New in 2018 we lowered the supercharger 3" for a lower center of gravity, all new fuel controller with auxiliary injectors for even better mapping. This is a plug and play kit. 20 SNOWMOBILE FUEL CONTROL POWER COMMANDER PCV POWER COMMANDER FUEL CONTROLLERS The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs inline with the machine s stock ECU (electronic control unit). The PC uses original equipment style connectors, so no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes, some as little as 5 minutes. Changes are made to the machines fuel and, in some cases, ignition curves via the PC s onboard microprocessor. Using this technology we are able to offer a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the machines ECU. Removing the PC returns the machine to its previous stock condition. The springs and clutch kits worked perfectly but the price was hard to swallow due to the rising cost of titanium. After two years of rigorous testing, we introduced the H5 Alloy springs in The H5 Alloy springs have a 30,000 to 40,000 PSI higher tensile strength compared to standard chrome silicon wire springs and they won t lose rate over time, so you can get the durability and consistent performance of a titanium spring at a fraction of the cost. 24 SNOWMOBILE HYPERSHIFT CLUTCH WEIGHTS HYPERSHIFT MACHINED ADJUSTABLE CLUTCH WEIGHTS - MADE IN THE USA! ORIGINAL HYPERSHIFT MACHINED WEIGHTS All of our machined adjustable weights come heat treated and black oxide coated to prevent wear and corrosion. We offer 3 different profiles of weights. The first being our Hammerhead (heavy tip) weights which provide you with the most aggressive shift. They work great on big torque twin cylinder engines. Then we have our Tapered Tip weights, which are the same profile as the Hammerhead weights but they feature a medium tip for a slightly less aggressive upshift and better backshift. Last but not least we have our Taper Tip 2 weights, which have a similar profile as the Tapered Tip weights but they feature the lightest tip available for the least aggressive upshift and the best backshift. Progressive angle helixes progressively change from the starting angle to the ending angle down the whole ramp. Compound radius cut helixes are progressive on the first section of the ramp and have a straight angle on the end of the ramp. Our straight helixes maintain the same angle through the entire ramp of the helix. The advantage to the compound radius is that it will typically back shift quicker for snow cross or tight twisty trail riding. The starting angle is always steeper at first for quicker acceleration, then progressively changes to the lesser angle so that the clutches don t over shift and bog down the motor so you retain excellent top speed. Improperly set power valve cable adjustments can lead to engine bogging, hesitations, and inconsistent running. This gauge makes it easy to quickly check the cable spec without fumbling around with a caliper and allows you to get a much more precise setting than you can with a tape measure or ruler. 49 ARCTIC CAT WET CLUTCH DELETE KITS This kit is designed to eliminate the inner wet clutch on the Arctic Cat 550/650/700/1000cc ATV and UTV line-up. The stock clutch design works good for longevity and durability, but it lacks in overall performance and tuneability. The Speedwerx Wet Clutch Deletion Kit will help eliminate the lag and power delay that these units have been known for as well as increase top speed. This kit removes over 4.5 lbs of rotating weight from the stock clutching set-up. 51 power commander POWER COMMANDER FUEL CONTROLLERS The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs in-line with the machine s stock ECU (electronic control unit). The PC uses original equipment style connectors, so no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes, some as little as 5 minutes. Changes are made to the machine s fuel and, in some cases, ignition curves via the PC s onboard microprocessor.
