Fits Standard Chairs Built-in adjustable attachment straps can be used to secure the Special Tomato Multi-Positioning Seat to most standard chairs found in the home, community, or school. This makes it perfect for peer interaction, sitting outside on the deck, or dinner at your favorite neighborhood restaurant. Large Size = 8-14 years Built for your child s growth, the unique design of the Multi-Positioning Seat allows you to make simple adjustments to the Head & Back Cushions as your child grows. To further extend the usable life of the seat, a thigh depth extension cushion is available which increases the seat width and seat depth for a maximum of 7 years of total growth. Height, depth and angle adjustable footrest Optional tray has 30º range of tilt and is depth adjustable adjustment that pivots 30 to adjust the seat-toback angle for proper alignment of your child s pelvis. The HipFlex adjustment provides a range of positions between 15 of hip flexion and 15 of hip extension without reclining the seat back. This system allows true seat back angle adjustments while maintaining upper body alignment by changing the orientation of your child s pelvis. The back cushion and head support are height adjustable and contoured with lateral supports. The footrest is height, depth, and angle adjustable. Feet are secured with ankle straps. Tilt-In-Space Mobile Floor Base The Special Tomato Multi-Positioning Seat can be used with the Tilt-In-Space Mobile Floor Base. This base was designed specifically for the Multi-Positioning Seat and allows for range of Tilt-in-Space adjustment to accommodate multiple positioning needs. 3 Accessories For The Car A. MPS Push Chair Base The Special Tomato MPS is one of the most adjustable, adaptable, and versatile seats ever made. And now, the Special Tomato MPS functions as a car seat, too! The Special Tomato is FMVSS213 compliant, and can accommodate children weighing up to 150 lbs. Simply use the included LATCH system to properly anchor the car seat for children lbs. If your vehicle does not have LATCH anchorage points or if the child weighs between 50 lbs. and 150 lbs., a vehicle lap/shoulder belt must be used. The tether system must be installed at all times when using your Special Tomato MPS as a car seat.
