5 Eaton Medium Voltage Switchgear SVS/08 SVS/08 is a fully metal enclosed, epoxy resin insulated switchgear system with vacuum interrupters, designed and manufactured for indoor, non-withdrawable freestanding applications. Switchboards are fully factory assembled, tested and delivered in sections of up to seven panels, minimising on site assembly and testing. Its compact nature provides flexibility in switchroom design with associated cost savings. Configurations SVS/08 is a modular design and switchboards are able to be configured in any combination of circuit breakers, load break switches, fused load break switches, high voltage metering and direct busbar connection panels, including bustie circuit breakers and load break switches. 6 Gevea Overhead Air Break Switches Eaton supplies a complete range of overhead air break switches designed by Gevea. Switches are supplied suitable for full assembly on site or fully unitised depending on customer preference. Cyclo-aliphatic resin insulators are also available, providing substantial weight savings, which allows for easier installation.
