Bajaj has now emerged as a global engineering leader in its sector of operation.with over 30,000 sq.meters(323,000 sq. feet) of manufacturing and assembly under roof, on land area of around 32 acres, we are now the largest cotton gin and related machinery manufacturer in the world. We have now added power transmission components to our ever-expanding product lines. Multi-groove pulleys with IS/ISO, ANSI IP-20, IP-22 standards. Available in Classical Section (A,B,C,D& E) Special Section ( SPA, SPB, SPC) and Super Power Wedge Section ( 3V, 5V, 8V ) Complete range from 1 groove to 12 grooves with standard sizes. Pulleys are suitable for liner speed of not more than 35 m/s. Interchangeable with equivalent standard Taperlock bushings. All pulleys are statically balanced to 6.3, Dynamic balancing can be provided on request. Manufactured with exact tolerances from gray cast iron ranging from GG 25 to GG 30 with Tensile strength 207 Mpa and hardness HB 187 to 241. Made-To-Order as per customer requirement.
