Safety-Enhancing Features Optional Safety Restraint Arm* Positively restrains wheel and tire assembly to the tire changer during the inflation process Reduces potential for injury by the unlikely event of wheel or tire failure Simple swing-arm design easily swings in from the left Allows the technician to quickly and safely perform tire inflation without disturbing the tire changing procedure Positioning Safety Interlock Switch ensures that the SRA is centered on the wheel and tire assembly before the inflation process can begin Anti-Rotation Lock prevents the SRA from moving during the inflation process or in the event of an accidental explosion Gravity Lock engages automatically without operator intervention and ensures the wheel is secured prior to inflation Ergonomically-Positioned Bead Breaker Control Pedal is positioned away from the bead breaker with a guard, preventing the operator from accidentally stepping on and activating it while standing next to the bead breaker Integrated Pressure Limiter Stops air flow once pressure has reached 55 PSI (3.5 Bar), thereby preventing accidental tire over-inflation * Patented and/or Patent-Pending Features

Power Lifting Disc Lifts tire up and off the wheel flange, reducing the effort of demounting the lower bead Pressure Roller Pushes bead down, allowing the operator to position the tire tool in order to lift the bead over the mount/demount head Bead Depressor Follows the tire as it rotates, positioning the bead in the wheel s drop center for faster, easier tire mounting

4 EHP System V The EHP System V handles a wide range of highperformance wheel and tire assemblies, including low-profile and run-flat tires. This unit can handle 47 outer tire diameters, 16 wheel widths and also features a 26 outside clamping diameter (up to 30 with optional adapters). Advanced features, such as pneumatic locking of the mount/demount head offset, provide maximum cosmetic safety for expensive wheels and significantly reduce the risk of wheel or tire damage. The tilt-tower provides maximum clearance for technicians when placing wheel and tire assemblies into position. Pneumatic bead assist is standard. EHP System IV AT Plus EEWH540AU2 This tilt-tower tire changer features 24 outside clamping standard (up to 28 with optional adapters). The EHP System IV AT Plus can handle outer tire diameters of up to 40 & wheel widths up to 15. This tire changer can handle a wide range of passenger car and light truck wheel and tire assemblies from OEM s or the aftermarket. The EHP System IV AT Plus features a unique bead-lifting tool which inserts between the tire and wheel in a single motion and exclusive laserindexing that acts as a visual guide when indexing the demount head to the wheel s edge quickly & precisely, eliminating wheel contact. Pneumatic Bead Assist is standard.

5 TM EHP System IV-E This tilt-tower tire changer features 24 outside clamping standard (up to 28 with optional adapters). The EHP System IV-E can handle outer tire diameters of up to 40 and wheel widths up to 15. This tire changer can handle a wide range of passenger car and light truck wheel and tire assemblies from OEM s or the aftermarket. The EHP System IV-E features pneumatic locking of the mount/demount head offset, which provides maximum cosmetic safety for expensive wheels and significantly reduces the risk of wheel or tire damage. It features 24 outside clamping, 26 inside clamping and outer tire diameters of up to 50 (42 if used with the optional Pneumatic Bead Assist) and wheel widths up to 15. The EHP System III-E features mechanical locking of the vertical wheel offset and a large-diameter horizontal offset knob, providing maximum cosmetic safety for expensive wheels and significantly reducing risk of wheel or tire damage. The swing-arm allows thetechnician to move the mount/demount arm clear of the turntable for maximum clearance while placing wheel and tire assemblies in the mount/ demount clamping position.
