3 New Product for 2013 The new MacDon FD75 FlexDraper replaces the FD70 FlexDraper header and CA25 replaces CA20 models for PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS: Available in sizes for combine application Improved Flex linkage 2 per truck shipping configuration Straight reel arms for improved reel slope Improved hydraulics with knife reverser and better draper speed control as standard equipment Better sealing of adapter to improve crop retention New Auto Header Height and Hydraulic CenterLink

4 Auger Mounting New left hand, right hand feed auger mounts on CA25 (Castings) Fewer parts to simplify auger mounting Allows easier auger removal for servicing

12 Draper Tension Increased Side draper tension increased by 33% Improves drive to drapers for handling the heaviest of crop loads Components strengthened to allow for tension increase

13 Full Length Draper Guides New longer draper guide spans multiple header legs Increased draper life with additional support of the draper on the bottom side of the draper deck Added space improves dirt rejection and allows dirt to escape from the bottom of the C-shaped cutter bar

14 Additional Deck Support Added An additional deck support has been added to all FlexDrapers BENEFIT: Provides better deck support and ensures an excellent draper to cutterbar seal

22 Parker Hydraulic Components Beginning with the 2013 model year, we are standardizing the hydraulic lines on all MacDon products. All hydraulic hoses, couplers and fittings will be supplied by Parker.
