He has traveled extensively in USA, Europe and Asia. He has been active for past 6 years as a consultant to various companies in India offering services for projects, product development, design & quality control systems. Manufacturing Facility Factory Covered Area: 15,000 sq. ft Factory Open Space: 30,000 sq. ft Custom built imported state of the art fully robotic profile cutting, drilling and welding machine. This assures absolute 100% quality on the job. Custom built plasma cutting machines : 2 nos. Custom built fully automatic CNC controlled bush welding machine. Variety of special laboratory equipment for Quality Control department (We follow International Standards). Automatic shot blasting Unit Painting booth with special environmental controlled systems (filtering system) Specially developed 'Power Efficient' Infrared Oven Remote controlled Jib Cranes : 5 nos. For material handling mobile trolleys, fork lifts & cranes are used. Well organized warehouse with racks and ERP software controlled system. In-house carpentry equipment Stock We maintain substantial stocks of components and finished goods to support minimum 2 months activity. Delivery Standard: 3 weeks. However, in case of emergency the same can be offered in 1 week. Quality/ Warranty: We offer 12 months warranty from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of despatch, whichever is earlier.
