2 PVC Strip Door Curtains for Cool Rooms & Freezers 2 THERMAL FLEX PVC Strip Curtain Mounting Instructions: 1. Using the aluminium channel as a template, make sure channel is level and centred. Opening bar height should allow strips to clear floor 6-10mm mark hole patterns with pencil. 2. Drill holes and mount channel with fasteners provided. 3. Insert one end cap at either end of channel. 4. Insert strips thru un-capped end of channel. 5. After verifying that all strips are evenly placed an overlapping property, insert other cap and trim strips if needed for proper floor height. 6. Optional: Insert self-tapping screws at each end of channel through last strip for added retention.

The flange must be located a minimum of 20mm from the top. 6. To parallel the hangar bar with the top of the opening, loosen the back bolt and reposition bar. If the door panels do not meet in the centre, adjust by loosening the screw on the bottom of the Hinge and rotate the Cam Block. Retighten when adjustments are complete. 7. The Door Panels should be 6-10mm above the floor. Trim if necessary. Section A-A Heavy Duty Configuration for 49" & wider openings. Screw Top Bar End Cap A Top Trim Hanger 2. Slide the Door Panel into the Hanger. 3. Push in the End Cap. 4. Slide the Door Panel against the End Cap and secure in place with Self Tapping Screws as shown. 5. Repeat steps 1 thru 4 for the other side. 8. Using the Top Bar as a template, mark hole pattern above the door opening. Hang the Top Trim so it is 6mm above the Hanger. Trim if needed. 9.
