Due to the design of the Double Edge Web Scaler, both top and bottom surfaces maybe cleaned in a single pass! With type C rotopeen a 1 to 3 mil profile is left behind (Satisfying SSPC SPEC.11) On concrete,type D simulates a shot blast finish, perfect for doing edge (Type D ) work and getting into those hard to reach places. Life expectancy: 60 to 80 hours on metal surfaces and 40 hours of continuous use on concrete. A full flap reload is Type C, Type D This cutter hub is by far the most aggressive of the hubs. The Kung-Foo cutter hub with its 144 sharp cutters is very effective on elastomeric coatings, mastic, carpet glue, scarifying concrete, Non-Skid removal, PRC, coatings, epoxies, and high solid coatings. The Kung-Foo cutter hub works as well on concrete as it does on metal surfaces Life expectancy: 4 to 6 hours on metal surfaces and 1 1/2 to 2 hours of use on concrete. A reload is made up of 144 cutters ( ). The 48 spacers ( ) that come with the hub are reusable with the reload cutters. Bullnose floating shroud fits most 4 and 7 grinders. Adapter kits are available for most grinders.
