Install Cartridge (cont d) Remove the backing strips from tape on the resin blotter. WEAR GLOVES! With the tape side down, orient blotter so that the two notches are at the front of shuttle plate. Remove the two finger cots from the cartridge valves. Open material door and slide cartridge in until fully seated. Close door. From the inside of printer, open the vent cap on material bottle during operation. Close the vent cap when removing material cartridge from printer. Place the resin blotter over the shuttle plate.
