The safety ad reliability of distributio equipmet will directly affect the stability of distributio system. With computer simulatio combiig desig ad maufacture experiece for log time, BB have developed the ew type SF 6 gas isulated M.V. switchgears: SFE series switchgear. The products iclude the fixed combiatio type (SafeRig) ad flexible extesio type (SafePlus). They represet a complete solutio for 12/24 distributio etworks. The SafeRig ad SafePlus have idetical iterfaces SFE series switchgear is a completely sealed system with a stailess steel tak cotaiig all the live parts ad switchig fuctio, sealed tak with costat atmosphere coditios esures a high reliability as well as persoel safety ad a virtually maiteace free. The selectio of exteral busbars may meet ay combiatio to obtai full modularity. The exteral busbars are fully isulated ad screeed to esure a high reliability ad safety. SFE series switchgear ca be provided with automatio equipmet to form itellectual switchgears cocept. The istallatio, adjustmet ad test i site are reduced to miimum. SFE products are applicable to followig coditios: Compact secodary substatio Small factory SafeRig ca be supplied i a umber of combiatios from 2 to 5 ways, Other optios ca be added accordig to customer requiremet. SafeRig provides 15 fixed combiatios to meet customers' requiremet. The combiatio type of SafeRig is as followed: DF, CF, CCC, CCF, CFC, FCC, CCCC, CCCF, CCFF, CFFC, CCVV, CCCCC, CCFFF, CCCFF, CCCCF. SafePlus is compact switchgear. SafePlus ca cotai 5 modules i oe SF 6 isulated tak at most. For switchgears with more tha 5 modules, the switchgears may be coected with exteral busbars to obtai semi-modular cofiguratio ad the exteral busbar may be used betwee every two modules to obtai full modular cofiguratio also. The distributio project from simple to complex may be obtaied through ie kids of fuctioal module combiatios to meet various arragemet requiremets of secodary substatio ad switchig statio. The module type of SafePlus are: C, D e, D, F, V, S L, S V, B e, M, CB. 3D modelig ad simulatig optimizatio product desig: The Pro/Egieer 3D CD system of Parametric techology from ited State of merica is used to establish 3D model showig the relatio of the parts. The simulatig software of BB is combied to carry out the simulatios of the mechaical ad isulatig stregths as well as the electromechaical aalogy uder short circuit curret to fid weak poits i order to optimize the costructio desig for the product. Compact costructio: The width of all modules are 325mm oly except meterig ad CB paels. The width of meterig cubicle is 695mm. The heights of the bushigs are idetical ad suitable for assemblig. SFE series switchgear is applicable to humid, severe sad ad dust blow by the wid, salt pollutio coditios, mies, compact substatios ad where surface flashover due to air pollutio may be occurred without takig special prevetig measures. The protectio class of the fuse cabiet is P67 also. The exteral busbar is fully isulated ad shielded, climatically idepedet ad is the maiteace free solutio. High reliability for persoal safety: ll the live parts are sealed i SF 6 gas tak, the switch has reliable pressure relief route ad passed 20/1s iteral arcig test, the load switch ad earthig switch is the three positio switch so that the iterlockig is simplified. The cover of the cable compartmet ad the load switch have reliable mechaical iterlockig. The arc suppresser ca be istalled i the icomig uit. this case, the SF 6 gas pressure relief route for the switch is ot ecessary. itelliget rig mai uit (RM): SFE ca be provided with effective protectio, remote cotrol ad moitorig system ad the distributio system automatio RT factory solutio of pluggable type may be provided. The cotrol box is ot ecessary. ll the electroic elemets, batteries ad modem are istalled i a aloe box behid the stadard cover plate. SFE provide two choices for trasformer protectio: The switch-fuse combiatio ad circuit breaker with relay protectio. 7 Geeral itroductio Eviromet protectio: The Eviromet protectio policy is implemeted i course of the developmet, productio ad operatio durig whole life of the product. The materials are favorable to the eviromet protectio, the leakless clea procedure ad lifelog seal for the product are used by BB. fter the products are scrapped, 90%~95% of the materials may be reclaimed. We assure: We observe all applicable relative laws ad regulatios for the eviromet protectio, our all activities will be carried out accordig to eviromet protectio priciple, ad our maagemet system will be cotiuously modified. The ufavorable effect to the eviromet will be reduced ad preveted as possible i course of maufacture, sellig, usage, hadle ad dispose of the waste materials. We will educate ad trai the staff ad workers to raise the eviromet protectio cosciousess, ecourage the staff ad workers to participate actively the eviromet protectio.
