We teamed up again with factory Arctic Cat racer Tucker Hibbert who beat his own record winning a 5th straight x-games gold medal. Team Arctic Cat sponsored riders also won 11 Pro national sno-x events and 9 Semi-pro national events using Speedwerx engine packages, exhaust, and clutching components. In cross country racing the Speedwerx sponsored team of Christian Brothers racing won the legendary I-500 piloted by Brian Dick, and both Uscc pro points championships piloted by Ryan Simons. In hill climb competition, Speedwerx sponsored and powered riders won 21 national hill climb events and 2 more World Championships at the Jackson Hole Hill Climb. In drag racing Ron Gilland and his daughter Jade had 20 overall wins in NSRA competition, 2 World Championships at the Hay Days grass drags and the quickest ET of the weekend in all stock classes, NSRA Triple Crown Title, NSRA overall points champion in Stock 800 and Pro-Stock 800. Speedwerx sponsored and powered riders Matt Lemire ( 700 Improved Stock ) and Patrik Lofdahl ( Semi-Pro Stock 600 ) also took home overall wins at the Haydays World Championships. Our experienced staff and design team will assure you that you are getting the best porting for you machine, for what ever your application may be. From trail to full race, Speedwerx has a set-up for you. We normally have cylinders on hand for exchange for a quick and fast turn around. We also suggest running one of our Stealth head kit s along with any porting to assure you get the best gains possible. The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs inline with the machines stock ECU (electronic control unit). The Power Commander uses original equipment style connectors so no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes and some as little as 5 minutes. Changes are made to the machines fuel curve and in some cases ignition curve via the Power Commander s onboard microprocessor. Using this technology we are able to offer a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the machine s ECU. Removing the Power Commander returns the machine to its previous stock condition. The pipe comes with two removable stinger inserts, one for riding and one for riding. 6 power commander (PCV) Speedwerx has joined forces with the world leader in motorsports fuel management, DynoJet Research - aka Power Commander. The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs inline with the machines stock ECU (electronic control unit). 12 POWER COMMANDER power commander fuel controllers The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs inline with the bike s stock ECU (electronic control unit). The PC uses original equipment style connectors, so no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes, some as little as 5 minutes. Changes are made to the bikes fuel and, in some cases, ignition curves via the PC s onboard microprocessor. Using this technology we are able to offer a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bike s ECU. Removing the PC returns the bike to its previous stock condition. Each unit comes complete with software and cable link that allows you to change between different maps or make adjustments to a map file. 13 HYPERSHIFT CLUTCH KITS speedwerx hypershift clutch kits For the past 10 years Speedwerx has worked very hard to set a new standard in performance clutch kits utilizing titanium springs. The springs and complete clutch kits worked perfectly but the price was hard to swallow due to the steep cost of titanium. To address the cost issue we have come up with a new spring material that we call H5 Alloy. The new H5 Alloy has a lot of the same characteristics as a titanium spring (with the exception of the weight loss) but at a fraction of the cost. We thought that would make it a little easier on our customers. These springs may be new to the consumer market, but we have been testing these parts for over 5 years now! Not all kits come with the new H5 Alloy material at this time, but if you want to make sure your kit includes a spring made of the new H5 Alloy all you have to do is request it! 15 HYPERSHIFT CLUTCHING COMPONENTS hypershift machined clutch weights - MADE IN THE USA! original hypershift machined weights All of our machined weights come heat treated and black oxide coated to prevent wear and corrosion. We offer 3 different profiles of weights. The first being our Hammerhead (heavy tip) weights which provide you with the most aggressive shift. They work great on big torque twin cylinder engines. Then we have our Tapered Tip weights, which are the same profile as the Hammerhead weights but they feature a medium tip for a slightly less aggressive upshift and better backshift. Last but not least we have our Taper Tip 2 weights, which have a similar profile as the Tapered Tip weights but they feature the lightest tip available for the least aggressive upshift and the best backshift. adjustable aggressive profile machined weights This new aggressive profile weight revs quicker at engagement while shifting harder through the mid-range and top end. These weights will act 4 to 5 grams heavier than a standard profile weight. (If you are replacing a 65 gram standard weight, you should order a gram aggressive profile weight.) The tip is also adjustable so you can add up to 2.5 grams for fine tuning. The engagement RPM will increase about 200 RPM over the standard profile. O-1 Weights speedwerx hypershift helixes We offer 2 types of cuts on our helixes. Progressive angle helixes progressively change from the starting angle to the ending angle down the whole ramp. Compound radius cut helixes are progressive on the first section of the ramp and have a straight angle on the end of the ramp. The advantage to the compound radius is that it will typically back shift quicker for snow cross or tight twisty trail riding. The starting angle is always steeper at first for quicker acceleration, then progressively changes to the lesser angle so that the clutches don t over shift and bog down the motor so you retain excellent top speed. Our helixes have a teflon hard coating for the smoothest shift possible. For models with ACT drive, we offer both progressive angle and compound angle cuts. The 10.4 Conversion Kit s larger outside diameter produces a lower gear ratio at engagement giving the Diamond Drive an even smoother drive away. What we do is machine / gut your stock head so that you can run our interchangeable domes. Our domes drop right into place under your stock head cover without anyone even knowing it! Not only does this add some serious power to your machine, but it is a cheaper alternative to the complete billet head kit set-up.
