The rate should be quoted only for installation of VCB's Panels including angle iron frame work and fixing accessories such as grip bolts/grouting/ welding to steel structures etc as well as civil work required for installation of the VCB's Panels complete in the substation. The technical specification for installation of of the VCB's Panels are mentioned in the Technical specification book separately. te : The VCB's Panels will be procured separately by HAL and shall be provided free of charge to contractor for installation by the contractor. Only labour charges to be quoted for installation Installation of Indoor Transformers in Substation Erection(Installation) only of 1600 kva, 11kV/380V, Dyn11, Oil Cooled ONAN type double copper wound, delta star connected Indoor Distribution Transformer with OLTC, RTCC Panel,AVR Panel, Marshaling Box, Oil Temperature Indicator, Winding Temperature Indicator, Buccholz Relay, Bidirectional rollers, cable boxes on both LT & HT side, Pressure Relief Valve, etc., including transformer foundation (level concrete plinth) and angle iron frame work and fixing accessories such as grip bolts/grouting/ welding to steel structures etc including civil work required for installation of transformer 2.01 and its accessories in Substation.The rate should be quoted only for installation of transformer with including transformer foundation ( level concrete plinth), angle iron frame work and fixing accessories such as grip bolts/grouting/ welding to steel structures etc as well as civil work required for installation of the Transformer, OLTC, RTCC Panel, AVR Panel, Marshaling Box, Oil Temperature Indicator, Winding Temperature Indicator, Buccholz Relay, Bidirectional rollers, cable boxes on both LT & HT side, Pressure Relief Valve, etc. complete in the Substation. The rate should be quoted only for installation of transformer and its associated accessories with including transformer foundation (level concrete plinth), angle iron frame work and fixing accessories such as grip bolts/grouting/ welding to steel structures etc as well as civil work required for installation of the OLTC, RTCC Panel,AVR Panel, Marshaling Box, Oil Temperature Indicator, Winding Temperature Indicator, Buccholz Relay, Bidirectional rollers, 2.00 cable boxes on both LT & HT side, Pressure Relief Valve, etc. complete in the Substation. Only labour charges to be quoted for installation. 3 HT Cable : Laying, Testing and Commissioning of the above 3 core 300 sq.mm HT 11kV(E) XLPE insulated, aluminium amoured cable in full round hume pipe / in already built up cable trench as per the IS : Refer Technical specifications in the technical 3.02 specification book of procedure for laying of the HT cable as per IS Standards. Cable End Termination : Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of HT cable end termination for indoor with Heat shrinkable end termination kit suitable for the above XLPE, 11 kvht cable with all sundry material required for termination of XLPE, 11 kv HT cable etc complete. 3-Core x 300 Sqmm indoor End Termination kit. Cable End Termination is mentioned in the Technical specification book separately. 5 Miscellaneous Works at Substation Supply and Installation of 2 nos of red color painted Fire buckets round bottom of Ltrs capacity filled with dry sand with including suitable angle iron support red color painted Mtrs

3 Supplying & Erection of Danger notice plate of l.6mm thick mild steel vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M. S.clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20 x 15 cm size and same size for HT 20 x 15 cm. The danger notice plate shall comply with IS : Supplying & Installation of PVC insulating Mats of 15 KV grade mats of 2.5 mm thickness and 1 mtr width as required by the Electrical Standards and confirming to IS Mtr Supply and Installation of 5kg capacity ABC type fire extinguishers complete with mounting brackets, spray nozzles, connecting pipes, "OPEN / CLOSE" valves with all other necessary accessories complete as required. Supply and Installation of Shock Treatment Chart with teak wood frame and glass cover as approved by Electrical Inspector Prepartion and Installation of Electrical Single Line Diagrams(SLD) of the substation mentioning equiptment details, earthing scheme details. on suitable size acrylic display board. Also suitable stickers to be put on the panels for identification of incomong and 6.00 outgoing supplies as per site requirement. Supply and Providing of 11 kv grade hand glouse with chalk powder including suitable weather proof transparent box with lock and key Supply and Providing of First Aid Box as per IS Standard Battery and Battery Charger Supply & Installation & Testing & Commissioning of 24 V DC 110AH sealed maintenance free battery, battery charger with control & relay protection, complete with all accessories like insulators, clamps, bimetal connectors, M.S.support rack etc. battery charger should have main input 230V +/- 20%,50 Hz single phase.the 1.00 technical specification for Battery and Battery Charger is mentioned in the Technical specification book separately. 8 L.T Sandwich Bus Duct Design, manufacturer, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of busduct in sandwich construction of Aluminium bus bars, non-ventilation, fabricated out of extruded CRCA sheet painted with necessary supports with approved paint shade as per specification including 2 s. of 50x6 mm Alumimium earthing conductor through out the length of the bus duct and 90 deg bends, Adaptor boxes and flange Ends. (Phase sequence should matched). The Quoted price of cable tray items shall inclusive of elbows,cross,tee, bend,coupler plate with necessary grip bolts, grid plates and all other mounting & fixing accessories complete as required. 10 Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Painting of all type of Steel items (ISMC,ISMB,ISA,etc.., )as required as per specification complete. Generally Steel items are for cable trays, BBT's supporting arrangements, checkers plates above trenches and any other steel work. The quoted rate should inclusive of painting the steel items with two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade. The Structural Steel E205 shall conform to IS MT Excavation Works for Outdoor Cable Laying : Preparation of Outdoor cable trenches at a depth as specified for laying of LT cable, telephone cables, street light cables below the ground level including excavation of any type of soil, cement surface as per site conditions with sand layer cushioning for the LT cable, providng brick layer above and the sides of the LT cables and backfilling of the excavated part and making good surface as required.the excavation work shall conform to IS : Trench of width 750mm & depth 1000mm for LT cables m Trench of width 450mm & depth 750mm for Telephone and Street Light cables m Earthing : Installation of safe earth electrode of 3 mts long 80mm dia with 2 nos bag back fill compound, construction of brick trough, providing meshed funnel, 450 X 450 CI heavy duty cover, brick work of 1 cubic mtr and other civil engineering works, spreading a back fill compound mixture of fixing of copper bolt nut etc, completely as required as per IS or latest revision.
