2 PNEUMATIC TRAINING KIT: The pneumatic training kit should contain all the pneumatic elements needed for simulating various pneumatic circuits, both simple and advanced The training kit should be useful for imparting technical knowledge for the students about fundamental control technology, control sequence, signal flow circuit planning, functioning of all pneumatic, logic elements, vacuum elements, stepper module sequence, trouble shooting of pneumatic installation, logic AND/OR function of start signals, functional diagrams, stroke dependant controls, time dependant controls with time delay valves and pressure dependant controls with pressure sequence valves. It should also teach methods for drafting of circuit diagrams for pneumatic controls. The kit should be supportable with textbook, exercises with solutions, transparencies videos, workbook with exercises, cutaway models, magnetic symbols etc. The components should be capable of being mounted on an appropriate Profile plate/mounting Board with grooves for secure and flexible positioning so that the components can be clamped firmly, quickly and safely. The components supplied should be industrial components. All pneumatic connection should be with precision quick connector for plastic tubing. Safety clamping and quick plugs in locking system for the profile plate should be possible. Aluminum Profile plate/mounting Board - 2 no s All of the components should fit securely and safely onto the Profile plate/mounting Board. Both side should have grooves and, if required, both sides can be used. The grooves should be compatible with the ITEM profile system. Side caps included. The filter with water separator should remove dirt, pipe sinter, rust and condensed water. The pressure control valve should regulate the supply air pressure to the set operating pressure and compensate pressure fluctuations. The filter bowl should have a condensate drain valve. The start-up valve/shutoff valve should ventilate and vent the entire control. A rotary button should actuate the 3/2-way valve. After release of the roller lever, the valve should return to its initial position by a return spring. When traversed in the reverse direction, the roller lever, which has an idle return, should not actuate the valve. The pneumatic single piloted valve should be actuated by pneumatic signals, and following removal of the signal it should return to its initial position by a return spring. The valve should be capable of being reversed to the appropriate switch position by pneumatic signals to the control ports. When the selector switch is released, the current circuit state should be retained. The cross-section of the restrictor can be set by means of a knurled screw. It should be possible for the supply pressure to be regulated by means of a one way flow control valve. Supply pressure range kpa (0 8 bar) Closing force at 600 kpa (6 bar) 12.5 N Pneumatic proximity switch- 6no.s This should be a permanent magnet capable of being mounted on the piston of a cylinder to actuate a pneumatic 3/2-way valve when traversed, thus triggering a control signal. A reproducible switching accuracy of 0.1 mm should be able to be achieved if the sensor is approached from the connection side. It should include connectors and kit for cylinder mounting. It should have end-position cushioning, adjustable at both ends, which will prevents hard impact of the piston against the cylinder barrel.
