4 FRONT ANTISWAY BAR Unbolt sid 6 splash cov- b~i4- rs that attach to th subfram (two T20 ton scrws) and rmov th lowr ngin torqu brac (two 13mm hx and two 16mm hx) bolts. Roll nds of sway bar backward 10 ovr driv axls and work forward to rmov from car. Unbolt th string rack-to-subfram 7 (four 13mm hx) bolts. 8Supporting th subfram with a jack, rmov (four 21mm hx) subfram-tounibody bolts. Lowr th subfram down about 4 inchs. Not: Whn lowring, you may nd to pry on drivr sid of string rack to sparat from subfraj:r du to alignmnt pin. 11 Using supplid lub for th urthan bushings, gras sway bar bushings and slip ovr sway bar at mounting points. 9Compltly rmov sway bar nd links (16mm hx). Now rmov sway bar clamps and bushings (13mm). 12 1nstall Nuspd 25mm antisway bar into position. Not: Do not install bushing clamps at this tim.

5 REAR SPRINGS & SHOCKS Unbolt top shock mount (two 1816mm bolts) from fndrwll. Rais subfram just nough to install 13 string rack and tightn. Now install sway bar bushing clamps and tightn. Rmov lowr shock mount (16mm) 16 bolts to allow rmoval of th factory coil springs. 14 1nstall Nuspd nd links using stock nd-link-to-control-arm (16mm) bolts. 15 Nxt, rinstall th subfram. 42 VW TUNER SPECIAL SECTION 17 Rinstall Nuspd coils using th factory rubbr uppr spring sat.
