2 Welcome to RSG Regel- und Steuergeräte GmbH, your efficient and customer-orientated partner for valve technology. Here we would like to introduce you to our company and our five product groups. More than 20 years ago, we started researching and producing individually tailored solutions for our customers, and we are still doing so successfully today. Thanks to our continuous development work and consistently updated construction system, we can offer our customers a wide standard range of high-quality magnetic valves. This has made us one of the most respected and long-standing manufacturers of coaxial valves in the world. All our products are used for a very wide range of applications. For instance, they are used in factory construction, in the chemical industry, in machine construction, in medical technology, in water preparation and in the automobile industry. It is also very important to our company to respect the environment. Our professional and proven environmental protection management conforms to ISO and EMAS. To achieve this high quality standard whilst respecting the environment, we have a young team of motivated workers responsible for every area of production. The team communicates intensively with customers, providing advice to suit all their personal and individual requirements, and they work closely with the purchasing, sales and administration departments. This approach, with professional logistics and modern storage engineering, enables RSG to achieve short delivery times and optimum value for money. We set a high quality standard for our products, so we carry out stringent internal and external quality control checks. We have been ISO 9001 certified since But our standard product range is what really sets us apart. RSG Regel- und Steuergeräte GmbH s product range can be divided into five categories: plastic valves, metal valves, coaxial valves, special valves and armatures. Each category has a wide range of different models, with additional options besides. This means that we can often fulfil our customers requirements with our standard product range, so no additional payments are required. How do we achieve this? As we mentioned on page 2, we have been developing individually tailored solutions for our customers for more than 20 years, and our constantly updated construction system means that we can always use our experience and integrate the newly de - veloped models in our standard product range. If our standard product versions are not appropriate for your specific requirements, there is no problem: we can develop and produce a suitable solution for you, in a short time and at a fair price. All you have to do is tell us what you need, and leave the rest to us. And that s a promise.

3 PLASTIC VALVES RSG s high quality plastic valves can be used wherever existing metal armatures are not sufficiently resistant. To ensure resistance to media, the media are separated. The metallic armature is separated from the medium by a PTFE bellow or a separating membrane. RSG plastic valves are suitable for liquid, gaseous, neutral and, in particular, abrasive media. The valve body is made from PVC, PP, PVDF or PTFE, depending on the application. The most commonly used sealing or membrane materials are EPDM, FKM and PTFE. RSG PLASTIC VALVES are available in externally or electromagnetically controlled versions, can be direct acting, force pilot operated or pilot operated, are from DN 1 to DN 50, are available in 2/2-way versions, are very durable and resistant, can be actuated within a pressure range of 0 to 6 bar.

4 METAL VALVES RSG valves are ideal for a wide range of applications, including factory construction, processing and bottling. There are different metal valve types for different applications. So as well as the standard brass casing, there is also red brass, and V2A or V4A stainless steel. The most commonly used sealing and membrane materials are NBR, EPDM, FKM, FFKM and PTFE. RSG METAL VALVES are available in every operational type (direct acting, force pilot operated, pilot operated and externally controlled), are available in 2/2-way- and 3/2-way versions, are from DN 1 to DN 50 can be actuated within a pressure range of 0 to 450 bar.

5 COAXIAL VALVES RSG coaxial valves have been successfully used for many years for particularly demanding applications. Because of their robust design, they are particularly well suited for applications with high pressure levels, high temperatures, fluids of any viscosity, staining, abrasive, chemically neutral or aggressive fluids and polluted media. RSG COAXIAL VALVES are either direct acting or externally controlled, are available in 2/2-way or 3/2 way versions, have socket and flange connection variants, have very fast response times, can be fitted with optional end switch or assembly bracket, can be actuated within a pressure range of 0 to 160 bar. RSG coaxial valves are available in electrically or pneumatically controlled versions. The casing can be made from brass or stainless steel, according to the application. Parts touching the media are normally made from brass, or nickel-plated brass, but can also be provided in V2A or V4A quality. The sealing material should be selected primarily according to its suitability for its medium and applications. If you wish, we would be happy to advise you on this matter.

6 ARMATURES The RSG product range also includes a great number of armatures and fittings. These are also available in the standard material combi - nations. All armatures and accessories can easily be adapted for your particular requirements, thanks to our flexible construction system. 7 SPECIAL VALVES In addition to our standard range, developing and producing indi - vidually tailored special valves forms a large part of RSG s work. Special valves are developed and manufactured by RSG in accor - dance with the customer s specific requirements. Thanks to our construction system, we can respond very flexibly to your needs and deliver individually tailored solutions at favourable prices and within short times. Whatever you require for a special valve, we would be glad to apply all our expertise and experience in the field of modern fluid technology. There is great demand for the following special RSG valves ATEX versions of plastic and metal valves, plastic and metal valves in specific tensions, valves with integrated special connectors, brackets and materials.
