3 lassic Update eries K N IMP onnect the bulkhead from this kit onto the bulkhead from the engine kit (bag ), and bolt to the firewall dash bulkhead. fter all wires are installed from this kit, the main should have die-electric grease applied to the terminals and silicone sealer applied to the outside of the s as a moisture seal. PKIN MP WI U H turn oute this wire to the H turn signal lamp, slide wire through boot K, install terminal and plug into lamp socket N as shown on sheet 2. K U H turn oute this wire to the H turn signal lamp, slide wire through boot K, install terminal and plug into lamp socket N as shown on sheet 2. OWN Parking amp oute the shorter wire that is the same length as the light blue wire to the H turn signal lamp, slide wire through boot K, install terminal and plug into lamp socket N as shown on sheet 2. oute the longer wire that is the same length as the dark blue wire to the H turn signal lamp, slide wire through boot K, install terminal and plug into ON IH WIIN lamp socket N as shown on sheet 2. N (heavy gauge) o eam oute this wire to the driver side outer headlight and trim to length. ouble this wire with the cutoff portion, and install terminal. Plug this terminal into, in the location shown on sheet 2. oute the remaining portion of this N wire to the passenger side outer headlight and trim to length. Install terminal and plug into as shown on sheet 2. N Hi eam oute this wire to the driver side outer headlight and trim to length. ouble this wire with the cutoff portion, and install terminal. Plug this terminal into, make a short jumper over to the driver side inner headlight, cut to length, double it with the cutoff portion, install terminal, and plug it into in the location shown on sheet 2. oute the remaining portion of this N wire to the passenger side inner headlight and trim to length. ouble this wire with the cutoff portion, install terminal and plug into as shown. Make a short jumper over to the passenger side outer headlight, cut to length, double it with the cutoff portion, install terminal, and plug it into in the location shown on sheet 2. K OH WIIN round oute this wire to the driver side outer headlight and trim to length. ouble this wire with the cutoff portion, and install terminal. Plug this terminal into, take the short jumper over to the driver side inner headlight, cut to length, install terminal, and plug it into in the location shown on sheet 2. epeat this process for the passenger side. K N Horn oute s and install terminals &, as shown on sheet 2. Plug into s. NO: We recommend that this wire be used as the trigger wire for the electric fan relay. N (small gauge) rake ight/ witch If your car is equipped with a brake warning system, plug this wire into the main as shown on sheet 2 and splice the other end onto your brake sender switch connection K N Water emp (brake switch connection not included in kit). oute through loom, install terminal and plug into or as shown on sheet (hot lamp) 2 or install terminal OWN lternator oute this wire to the alternator and cut to length. Install terminal and plug into the egulator regulator (previously installed from the engine kit bag ). (Not used with 1 wire alternator) N Water emp Plug this loose wire into the main as shown on sheet 2 (62-4 applications). (cold lamp) oute the other end through loom, install terminal and plug into as shown on sheet 2. his will only be used when using your stock HO/O dash Indicator warning lamp on the models. sheet 3
