Check that the coating material coming out of the mixing pipe has the perfect viscosity (consistence).

6 Autom. Aus Hand Assembly system attachable container. Remove the mains plug of the continuous mixer and the mortar spraying machine PlastCoat from the socket.. Unscrew the hexagon nut (, fig. 3) and remove the protective grid () mm 0 Autom. Aus Hand 6 S Remove the sliding cover (, fig. 5) from the mortar spraying machine PlastCoat. 3. Place the attachable container (, fig. 4) onto the container of the continuous mixer T 5 K. 4. Hang the dry sensor () into the container on the middle bar at a distance of 00 mm from the front wall of the container. Fasten the dry sensor with wing screw. 5. Place the cable of the dry sensor in the cable guide (3). Pull cable slightly to tighten. 6. Lay the protective grid (4) in the attachable container. Secure using hexagon nut (5). 7. Couple the water pressure controller (6) to the main water connection for the continuous mixer. 8. Hang the sensor control system (7) in the trolley frame. 9. Connect the water pressure controller cable and the dry sensor cable to the sensor control system.. Unscrew the hexagon bolt () from the extruder funnel. Remove the protective grid (3) from the extruder funnel. PlastCoat 3 4

7 0 Autom. Aus Hand. Place the mounting for the wet sensor (, fig. 6) on the extruder container. 3. Fasten the mounting for the wet sensor on the extruder container with the two hexagon bolts (). 6. Place the mixing pipe (, fig. 8) of the continuous mixer T 5 K in the receptacle () of the mortar spraying machine PlastCoat. 7. Slide the wet sensor (3) onto the peg (4) on the mounting. Fasten wet sensor with wing screw. 8. Connect the wet sensor cable to the sensor control system (5). 9. Insert the plug (6) of the sensor control system on the continuous mixer T 5 K and secure with clip Unscrew the hexagon nut (, fig. 7) from the wet sensor. 5. Slide the arm () over the thread of the wet sensor. Screw the hexagon nut on with the chamfer to the top. S

8 Assembly system silo. Remove the mains plug of the continuous mixer and the mortar spraying machine PlastCoat from the socket.. Points Hang the dry sensor (, fig. 0) in the container on the middle bar at a distance of 00 mm from the front wall of the container. Fasten the dry sensor with wing screw. 4. Place the cable of the dry sensor in the cable guide (). Pull cable slightly to tighten. 5. Couple the water pressure controller (4) to the main water connection for the continuous mixer. 6. Hang the sensor control system (5) on the trolley frame. 7. Connect the water pressure controller cable and the dry sensor cable to the sensor control system. 8. Place the silo feeder hood (6) over the container edge. Placing into operation When using extension cables: Design: 3 x.5 mm for continuous mixer T 5 K and mortar spraying machine PlastCoat 5. Design: 5 x.5 mm for mortar spraying machine PlastCoat 8 and 30. Unroll extension cable completely. Take care that the couplings and plugs are in perfect condition.. Connect both devices to the mains.. Fill container of the continuous mixer with coating material. 3. Couple the external water hose DN 3 (/ inch) using a claw coupling to the water pressure controller (4, fig, page ). 4. Set the changeover switch on the continuos mixer T 5 K to Autom.. For diagram see operating manual for continuous mixer T 5 K. 5. Turn on the motor protection switch on the continuous mixer T 5 K. 6

9 6. The indicator lamps for the dry sensor and water pressure controller will illuminate. 7. The continuous mixer T 5 K will start up automatically if the wet sensor registers that there is no coating material present. In this case, the indicator lamp for the wet sensor will not light up. 8. As soon as the wet sensor in the mortar spraying machine registers the coating material height the wet sensor indicator lamp will light up. 9. The continuous mixer T 5 K will switch off automatically. The green indicator lamp for the motor of the continuous mixer T 5 K will go out. 0. Caution: Always observe the setting time of the coating material. 12 Important notes on product liability As a result of an EC regulation being effective as from January, 990, the manufacturer shall only be liable for his product if all parts come from him or are released by him, and if the devices are properly mounted and operated. If the user applies outside accessories and spare parts, the manufacturer s liability can fully or partially be inapplicable; in extreme cases usage of the entire device can be prohibited by the competent authorities (employer s liability insurance association and factory inspectorate division). Only the usage of original WAGNER accessories and spare parts guarantees that all safety regulations are observed. Applied harmonized standards, in particular: EN-9-/-, EN Applied national technical standards and specifications, in particular: Date: Executive Officer Signature Head of Development Warranty This unit is covered by our warranty on the following terms: We will at our discretion repair or replace free of charge all parts which within 4 months in single-shift, months in -shift or 6 months in 3-shift operation from date of receipt by the Purchaser are found to be wholly or substantially unusable due to causes prior to the sale, in particular faulty design, defective materials or poor workmanship. The terms of the warranty are met at our discretion by the repair or replacement of the unit or parts thereof. The resulting costs, in particular shipping charges, road tolls, labour and material costs will be borne by us except where these costs are increased due to the subsequent shipment of the unit to a location other than the address of the purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by: Unsuitable or improper use, faulty installation or commissioning by the purchaser or a third party, normal wear, negligent handling, defective maintenance, unsuitable coating products, substitute materials and the action of chemical, electrochemical or electrical agents, except when the damage is attributable to us. Abrasive coating products such as redlead, emulsions, glazes, liquid abrasives, zinc dust paints and similar reduce the service life of valves, packings, spray guns, tips, cylinders, pistons etc. Any wear resulting from the aforementioned causes is not covered by this warranty. Components not manufactured by Wagner are subject to the warranty terms of the original maker. The replacement of a part does not extend the warranty period of the unit. The unit should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any apparent defect should be notified to us or the dealer in writing within 4 days from date of sale of the unit. The right to commission warranty services to a third party is reserved. Warranty claims are subject to proof of purchase by submitting an invoice or delivery note. If an inspection finds damage not covered by the present warranty, the repair will be carried out at the expense of the purchaser. Note that this warranty does not in any way restrict legally entitled claims or those contractually agreed to in our general terms and conditions. J.
