2 INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS IN LIGHTING Cero lights offer the intensity, durability, power, and beam patterns needed for heavy equipment in tough environments. We understand different equipment and job sites require a variety of configurations, no a one-size-fits-all light. Count on Jameson To Provide The Lighting Solution For Your Job! Cero lights have been field tested aboard the harshest platform available the hard-rock mining tracked dozer. Units were tested in every possible environmental extreme: high humidity, sub-zero freezing, dry desert, and 120+ degree coal mines. After several months usage, lights were returned to our lab for a thorough review of durability and performance. Built in the USA, every circuit assembly is inspected and tested by six separate processes, including robotic and manual microscopic imaging. The backbone of Cero lights, the chassis, with integrated heat sink, is CNC machines billet 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. With its extreme high strength and thermal conductivity, it is used in aviation. Holding it all together is 316 stainless steel. It offers maximum corrosion resistance even when exposed to salt spray and sulfuric acid, showing little to zero wear after years of exposure to harsh environments.

Lacking pneumatic tires to assist in isolating shock, lights must have high vibration durability. We recommend a 55 Watt or 85 Watt XD-16. Haul Trucks - Exceeding 40 mph and weighing up to 700 tons loaded, they operate on narrow roads with other equipment and require lights projecting 300+ meters without impairing other operators. We recommend 35 Watt or 55 Watt HD-16 or XD-16 lamp in a Spot or Horizontal Elliptical beam pattern. Lighting Solutions For Specific Applications Wheel Loaders - Used for maintenance of haul roads or loading tools, they have tight turning radii, work close to other machines and have large, air-filled tires to isolate shock. They require powerful area lighting that does not distract the operator. An HD-16 in 55 or 85 watt wide pattern works well in nearly every location for this machine. Shovels - Hydraulic or electric, they require wide area lighting. An HD-32 or HD-80 with wide beam illuminates the entire perimeter and angles that would be difficult for another lamp. Except in cases where a large amount of fog, rain, dust, or snow is constantly present, more light is always preferred. 6 Compact Extreme Duty Lighting Highest Shock Handling Capabilities The XD-9 features the same technologies found in the XD-16, but in a size that allows for easier integration in smaller areas. With the rugged construction of all Cero lamps, the XD-9 has extreme shock handling that allows it to be installed in nearly any environment for continuous use. The XD-9 also features chassis-ground isolation allowing it to be used with ground-fault detection systems without external galvanic isolation, making it perfect for marine applications. 12 High Power Flood Light with 32 LEDs Heavy Duty Shock Handling Capabilities The HD-32 is ideal for large tracked equipment requiring smooth, high-contrast lighting in a large area. It can withstand high vibration while providing perimeter and angle lighting that would be difficult for other lamps. This flood light is for applications that see little or no air flow. It features advanced dual-zone thermal management to monitor and cool the left and right sides independently. With two completely independent electrical circuits, this lamp is designed for hard to reach locations requiring a large amount of clear light. When replacing antiquated quartz halogen lamps, there is a drastic reduction in energy consumption. In many cases, the HD-32 can replace a 1000W filament lamp and reduce power consumption by more than 80% while offering 50% more light. 14 Heavy Duty Flood Light with 80 LEDs High Shock Handling Capabilities The HD-80 is the most reliable, powerful, and efficient LED flood light. Designed to withstand the harshest of environments, it features 80 LEDs with 6 control circuits, and 24 protection circuits. Recommended for perimeter and angle illumination, the double trunnion bracket features 90 degrees of tilt (70º down and 20º up). The chassis sits forward of the base to achieve 70 degrees of downward tilt without beam cutoff from the bracket. If you are accustomed to the flexibility of changing bulbs and ballasts on metal halide and sodium lamps; this light offers the same flexibility but on a maintenance interval five times longer. The HD watt lamp overpowers the typical 1,000 watt metal halide or sodium lamps while consuming less than half the power, greatly decreasing the cost of energy to operate the machine.
