3 RV External louvre RV is an external louvre designed to protect fresh air and extract air openings of ventilation systems. RV provides effective protection against water penetration with low pressure loss. Resistance to water penetration tested according to EUROVENT / standard. Application Suitable for supply and exhaust air. Good resistance to water penetration and low pressure loss make it especially well suited for fresh air openings. The grille is manufactured of galvanized steel and powder coated. Can also be manufactured of other materials, e.g. aluminium, copper, stainless steel or acid-proof steel. Structure and dimensions The grille consists of three structural parts:. mounting frame. mesh. removable louvre The louvre's corners are welded waterproof. 4 Technical data RV external louvre have been tested according to the Eurovent / standard. The test results prove that the louvre has an excellent resistance to water penetration and low pressure loss. Application The RVL snow shield is designed for protecting the air intake holes of ventilation systems preventing snow and water from getting into the building. Snow shield is with labyrinth design and air intake is carried out also through the openings on both sides of the shield. Snow and water are efficiently separated from the air flow and drained through an openings in the bottom of the shield. Structure and dimensions Snow shield is made of hot galvanized steel and the surface is finished with powder coating. Can also be manufactured of stainless steel or acidproof steel. RVLU grilles meet the requirements of the LVI-RYL and SFS standards. Application The RVLU snow shield is designed to prevent penetration of snow and water in the building. The design of the snow shield is of labyrinth-type. Snow and water are efficiently separated from the air flow and drained through an openings in the bottom of the shield. 19 RVB Combined supply and exhaust air grill RVB a combined supply and exhaust air grille designed to be installed in an external wall. Compact design enables you to bring supply and exhaust air to the same external surface. Long exhaust flow prevents polluted air penetrate in the supply air zone. Supply air chamber separates efficiently the devices from external air. Low resistance reduces energy consumption of ventilators. Galvanised steel housing finished with powder coating ensures high weather resistance. RVB-R Application RVB-type of grilles are used everywhere where exhaust and supply air has to be solved through an external wall. Due to well dimensioned exhaust nozzles and supply air chambers the re-circulation of exhaust air at the supply remains below % even in case of strong (over m/s) side wind. RVB is an ideal device to solve supply and exhaust air requirements of apartment houses to be renovated. 21 RVK / RVKS Non-return damper RVK is a non-return damper protecting exhaust air openings and RVKS a non-return damper for installation into ductwork. Features: Prevents air backflow Protects ventilations systems from rainwater Easy to install RVKS can be installed into horizontal or vertical duct system RVK Application RVK is to be installed in wall openings. With no air flow, the louvre closes automatically because of gravity to prevent backflow. RVKS is an non-return damper for rectangular ducts and can be installed into the ventilation ductsystem horizontally or vertically. With a round duct connection can also be used in round duct systems. With air flow in the system, the louvre opens in the direction of the flow. Structure and dimensions RVK and RVKS are constructed of two parts: a frame and a removable louvre. The frame is manufactured of galvanized steel and the louvre blades of aluminium.
