Low and medium durometer polyurethane is used to help keep excessive vibrations to a minimum while still providing excellent strength and damping characteristics. 11 WARRANTY 1. Limited Lifetime Warranty Stern products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers the product(s) against factory defects in material and workmanship when installed by a qualified automotive mechanic and used in a vehicle for which the product is intended. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the product(s) was originally installed. Associated ancillary components such as nuts, bolts, washer, bushings are limited to and covered under a 12 month warranty for material defects and workmanship. 2. Your Remedy Upon verification of warranty coverage, Stern, at its discretion will replace defective product(s) without charge, or refund the purchase price of the product only. 3. Warranty Claim Procedure To make a claim under this warranty, the consumer should contact the Stern dealer/distributor that the product(s) was originally purchased from. The dealer/distributor will contact Stern for a return authorization and return the product(s) in question back to Stern. Once the merchandise is received at Stern, Stern will evaluate the product(s). The consumer is responsible for any costs of returning the product(s) in question to the Stern dealer, as well as all costs incurred for removing and installing the product(s) in the vehicle. Stern does not warranty labor costs. Upon verification of defective product(s) under the warranty, Stern will either repair or replace the product(s) without charge to the consumer.
