23 02 Cruise Control. The does an exceptional job of getting you around town on quick trips, but its real forte are those trips out on the open road. Cruise Control can help put off driver fatigue and maintain a steady cruising pace. 03 Electric folding mirrors. 24 Safety systems, prepared for almost anything. Electronic Stabilisation Programme (ESP). Prevents under- or over- steering via targeted braking of individual wheels. Anti-lock Braking System (ABS). Prevents wheel lock and, thus, maintains manoeuvrability. Traction Control System (TCS). Prevents wheelspin. Electronic Differential Lock (EDL). Distributes the engine torque to the tyres without slippage. Multi-Collision Braking (MCB) System. Triggers braking after a collision, with the aim of preventing secondary collisions. The Multi-Collision Braking System activates when two independent sensors detect an accident. After a short delay, the vehicle begins a phased braking action down to 10 km/h, during which the driver can take over at any time. Airbags. Provide the best possible protection in the event of head-on and side impacts as standard. The front passenger airbag can be deactivated using the vehicle key. Seatbelt warning. If the seatbelt is not fastened, the seatbelt warning reminds the driver to fasten the belt with a visual warning when the engine is started, and an acoustic warning after setting off. Fog lights with integrated static cornering light. Ensure optimal visibility in poor weather conditions and poor visibility. The headlight nearest to the corner illuminates the roadside when turning.

25 Driver assistance systems, which support you in every situation. Driver Alert System. Uses visual and acoustic warning Brake assist system. Registers the speed at which the brake signals to recommend that the driver takes a break as soon as it registers driving behaviour that indicates fatigue. pedal is pressed. During a reflexive or emergency braking action, it ensures that full brake pressure is built up Daytime running lights. Switch on automatically when Hill Start Assist. Prevents the vehicle from rolling back on the ignition is activated and lower the risk of an accident inclines and makes handling easier when starting up on Cruise control. CL 04 Discover Media navigation system. In addition to the functions of the Composition Media radio system with six loudspeakers, there is a second integrated SD-card slot which is compatible with the SD-card with the map data. CL 05 Leather-covered multifunction steering wheel. It gives you a good grip and is extremely user-friendly. The radio, navigation system, mobile phone and cruise control can be accessed using the buttons. It has both a height and reach adjustment so that the driver always has a comfortable sitting position. 05

27 Comfort and interior Climatic airconditioning. This semi-automatic airconditioning has an interior 01 sensor, and constantly compares the interior temperature with the desired temperature in the cab. It also provides optional air distribution in the passenger compartment. Blinds in the passenger compartment shield passengers from bright sunlight. They can be pulled out easily from the housing at the bottom of the side windows and attached to the top Lashing rings. To secure your load safely in the passenger compartment and luggage compartment, there are six lashing rings in the short wheelbase package, and eight in the long wheelbase package. Driver and front passenger seat airbags, with optional side and curtain airbags (not illustrated). ISOFIX child seat mountings (not illustrated). 28 Exterior and wheels LED headlights and tail lights. The energy-saving LEDs generate both low and high-beam illumination. The high reliability and life span of the LEDs improve safety by reducing the likelihood of failure. LED headlights are unique because of their large light volumes, durability, light spectrum similar to daylight, and low energy consumption. Only available in conjunction with LED tail lights (where the side and braking lights also feature energy-saving LEDs). CL Sliding doors. The dual sliding doors make it easy for everybody to get in and out.
