1 50h Red No. 155 Two 100-stamp etched plates made from a single negative were used to print 41.8 million stamps. The stamps were comb perforate 14 and were valid between September 17, 1920 and January 31, When their printing ended, several printing blocks were cut from the plates to imprint postal stationery (CDV 24). Defects from the paste-up black prints ZP 1, 5, 8, 9, 10, 25, 42, 45, 51, 55, 57, 59, 67, 69, 70, 72, 85, 91, 96, 98, 99, and Negative defects ZP 35, 50, 68, 69a and VS, 70a and VS Other defects, identified by ZP and TD TD 1 or Retouched notch in the white part of the right numeral 5 corrected, ZP 68 TD Plate identifiers Between both plates there was a black divided line. 3 50h Green No. 156 The first four etched 100-stamp plates and the following two 90-stamp booklet plates were produced using the first negative. Another 16 plates were also etched (places 5 through 18 on the production schedule) and the remaining 18 plates were manufactured using electroforming technology. The second negative was used to produce them. The use of two negatives makes it possible to assign defects in groups. An estimated million stamps were printed and released comb perforated 14. The stamps were postally valid from January 1922 until withdrawn on January 15, Black print past up defects (VS) These appear in the same position on all plates ZP 1, 5, 8, 9, 10, 25, 42, 45, 51, 55, 57, 59, 67, 69, 70, 72, 85, 91, 96, 98, 99, and 100 HZ st negative defects (VN1) These occur on the initial negative and are found on stamps printed from the first through fourth plates in the production schedule. The stamps printed from the etched plates were comb perforated 14. Single stamps printed from the 9 th plate may be identified because they were line perforated 13 3/4. 14 Postcards For printing the KL in the colors red and green, they used printing blocks cut from the definitive issue plates. That is why it is possible to note in them exactly the same variations and defects as were found in the original plates. Well defined markings were used to identify the separate releases of KL. CDV 24 was a KL with a heavy line by the coat of arms and a printed price, CDV 27 had a heavy line but no sale price, CDV 28 had a thin line, and CDV29 was a double KL.
