PETROL MANUAL PETROL AUTOMATIC SPORTS AND PERFORMANCE The New RCZ features a range of performance engines, offering torque, power, controlled fuel consumption and surprisingly low CO 2 emissions. 2.0 Litre HDi FAP 163 bhp 6 Speed Manual Our diesel engine option has a maximum power of 120kw at 3,750 rpm and maximum torque of 340Nm from 2,000 rpm. To achieve performance, it features a variable geometry turbocharger with low inertia, high pressure pump and solenoid injectors. This advanced engine achieves fuel consumption of 5.3L per 100 kilometres on a combined cycle, and CO 2 outputs of just 139 grams per kilometre. DIESEL

HDi FAP This environmentally friendly diesel engine combines HDi technology with a highly efficient emission control system with a Particulate Filter. A self-cleaning device, it processes the gases emitted from the combustion of diesel in the engine. 26 SAFETY Braking system and ESP To maintain an optimal balance while preserving driving pleasure in difficult situations, the New RCZ has a complete braking system that combines several functions: ESP (Electronic Stability Program / Dynamic Stability Control) with its traction control system (ASR), which acts on the brakes and engine control to limit wheel spin if grip is lost. Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) compares stability information continuously to detect any understeer or oversteer; and works to correct it. The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) helps you better control any loss of traction during emergency braking. Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBFD) works wheel by wheel for greater efficiency, particularly when braking in curves. Intelligent Traction Control This ingenious traction control system reinforces classic traction control with a new feature. It helps to identify situations that could hinder grip and the progress of the vehicle on icy or snowy roads. In these circumstances the Intelligent Traction Control system replaces ASR to reduce wheel spin and promote good traction. Active Rear Spoiler The New RCZ has an active rear spoiler, which extends automatically as a function of the vehicle s speed or the driver s request, to optimize the flow of air and improve downforce. Airbags The New RCZ is equipped with 4 airbags for a high level of driver and passenger protection. Assistance Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) increases the effectiveness of braking when necessary.
