With the updated exterior of the new cars, the question how to sell remaining vehicles from the previous model year becomes more difficult to answer. Price reduction or added value? Sportiness that shines Polished Stainless Steel Dual Sports Exhaust for the Saab 9-5 MY 06 - The new Hirsch Performance dual exhaust made of polished stainless steel gives the latest generation 9-5 a well-deserved sporty touch. Carefully tuned mufflers and resonators create a pleasant, powerfull and deep sound. The design of the system has been made to reduce exhaust back pressure, thus improving throttle response, and especially for the 300hp version enabling the engine to breathe freely. The lower rear skirt (black) is included in the kit. Combined with the optional rear roof spoiler from Hirsch Performance, the 9-5 Wagon makes a completely new impression. Product details 05. A spirited drive Performance upgrade for the Saab t BioPower Following the Saab t BioPower, the 2.3t is the second BioPower model that has received a power treatment from Hirsch Performance in the form of a software performance upgrade. 220HP with 98 Octane or 230HP with E85. The sprint from km/h takes the upgraded 9-5 Sedan only 7,2 Seconds. With 350Nm, this Saab has sufficient torque for every situation.

Increased showroom traffic More customers in the showroom thanks to the Saab 9-3 MY08 Benefit from the increased showroom traffic created by the introduction of the new Saab 9-3, and take the opportunity to upgrade your MY07 vehicle stock. In addition to pure performance upgrades, Hirsch Performance offers a complete range of optical and technical accessories that makes every Saab, new or old, even more attractive in the showroom V6 Aero coolant loss Due to the high coolant pressure used in the 9-3 V6 Aero, there is an increased risk of coolant loss due to minor leaks in the coolant system. If coolant loss has been detected, please check the expansion tank and coolant lines by the turbocharger carefully for cracks or signs of leakage before suspecting internal coolant loss or replacing the engine.

Reminder: 1.9TiD service campaign Affected Hirsch Performance vehicles: All 9-5 Z19DTH MY06-07 upgraded with Hirsch Performance software to 175HP All 9-3 Z19DTH 4D/5D MY05-07 vehicles equipped with particle filter and upgraded with Hirsch Performance software to 175HP All 9-3 Z19DTH Convertible MY05-07 vehicles equipped with particle filter and upgraded with Hirsch Performance software to 175HP Please note that all affected vehicles, even if currently no DPF problem is present, MUST be updated to prevent future problems! Background: The particle filter regeneration does not work properly if the vehicle is only driven short distances. This issue also affects vehicles equipped with performance upgrade software from Hirsch Performance. Symptoms: Fault code P Particle filter clogged Actions: 1. On MY05 automatic vehicles, if required, use the Tech2 to update the automatic transmission software in the TCM. 2. Using the Hirsch Performance IPRO programming tool (NOT the Tech2), attempt to perform a normal performance upgrade programming. If the IPRO tool indicates that the latest software is already in the vehicle, no further action is necessary, otherwise proceed to program the new performance software into the vehicle using the IPRO tool. NOTE: It is not necessary to program the vehicle with the latest Saab original software before updating the performance upgrade software with the IPRO tool. All relevant changes in the latest Saab original software are always included in the latest Hirsch Performance software. 3. Perform a manual regeneration of the particle filter using the Tech2.

6 Documentation: Indicate that the campaign has been performed on the car s Modification Identity Plate or Service and Warranty book (depending on local market requirements) in the same way as for cars with Saab original software; In position C2, indicate that the campaign has been carried out with a number 7 or 8 depending on if the action was performed by the Importer or by a Dealership. Campaign costs: The costs for performing the campaign on vehicles equipped with Hirsch Performance software shall be claimed from Saab in the same way as for vehicles with Saab Original software (and not directly from Hirsch Performance). Saab Automobile AB and Hirsch Performance AG share a common database of all vehicles equipped with Hirsch Performance software, and the campaign costs will be settled centrally directly between Saab Automobile AB and Hirsch Performance AG.
