5 Make your optimism come true. Working closely with innovative designers, Caluco creates and manufactures elegant and durable outdoor furniture that is more affordable than its appearance suggests. Caluco s team oversees manufacturing in our own factory overseas, and we supervise every aspect of assembly, packing and shipping at our 40,000 square-foot warehouse in San Fernando, California. We also produce premium custom cushions for any outdoor furniture products at our facility in two weeks or less. Caluco outdoor furniture is crafted of high-grade materials chosen for beauty, strength, durability and long-term performance in all weather conditions. We use superior quality aluminum (cast and tubular) and kiln-dried Indonesian teak from sustainable sources. We reimagine rattan and wicker styles that avoid maintenance issues with our own sustainable all-weather resin wicker. Our cushions feature industry leading high performance textiles that resist staining, fading and mildew. Our design process, quality control procedures and material selection allow Caluco to offer an unprecedented 10-year warranty for our aluminum furniture and 3 years for our teak and resin wicker.

Each piece is carefully inspected in a 5 step quality control process to insure hospitality grade standards. Caluco outdoor furniture is crafted of highgrade materials chosen for beauty, strength, durability and long-term performance in all weather conditions. Caluco warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defective materials and workmanship under its intended and reasonable use. Our Aluminum products are warranted for 10 years from original date of purchase. Teak products are warranted for a period of 5 years. Wicker and iron are warranted for 3 years. Cushions and Sling are warranted for a period of one year. Powder-coat finishes shall be warranted against blistering, cracking, or peeling for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not cover wear and tear. Caluco will replace in the original color and style, if available or in similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Scratches, chips and abrasion due to normal wear and tear are not covered. Caluco will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. Custom Orders: Special orders and custom projects is a specialty of Caluco. Therefore, we welcome any special needs that you may have such as custom orders of furniture, fabrics, finishes, cushions, and umbrellas. Custom orders have an extended lead time of 75 to 90 days. Delivery: Caluco will make every effort to ship our products the most efficient way possible. All freight charges are prepaid. Our standard delivery is curb side delivery, directly to your dock. If a dock is not available, additional charges may apply. Our standard lead time on in-stock frames is 48 hours. If cushions are included in the order, please allow a two week lead time.
