1 Press Release Jandelsbrunn, 26 August 2016 Riding the wave of success: the 2017 Model Year The 2016 model year will go down as one of the most successful in the history of Knaus Tabbert. Whether the brilliant return of the KNAUS SPORT&FUN, the entry into the premium segment with the KNAUS SUN I or the new WEINSBERG and TABBERT models: the sales volumes have significantly exceeded our expectations. Which is reason enough to increase our efforts for the 2017 model year. We are presenting numerous new and reworked models across all brands, which should certainly solidify as well as expand our position as the leading European manufacturer of recreational vehicles. Beyond this, we are expanding our range of products for our customers with the introduction of the Online Fan Shop from KNAUS, TABBERT, WEINSBERG and T@B, as well as the new rental service RENT-AND-TRAVEL. The most important model highlights at 1. KNAUS include: The new generation of the top-selling SKY TI model The entirely new SÜDWIND Silver Selection We present our revolutionary lightweight model, the KNAUS TRAVELINO, which, due to being constructed using the latest manufacturing technologies, will set new standards in lightweight construction as well as rings in the new era in caravanning. 2. WEINSBERG As a logical consequence following the sensational success of the CaraOne, the second series, the CaraTwo, is ready to be launched. With the CaraTour, we are breaking into a completely new price segment in the camper van segment. In addition, we are introducing a special model with extra flair: the CaraCompact EDITION [PEPPER]. With the CaraTour, we are complementing the WEINSBERG brand in the camper van segment. 3. TABBERT: With the next generation vehicles, TABBERT is creating one success story after the other. With the PEP Series, TABBERT is presenting a symbiosis between modernism and tradition that is well worth seeing. Our 2017 range of models is once again fully developed, diverse and, in particular, provides positive signals to the market. (# caravanmission) KNAUS MOBILEHOMES Safety is an important criteria for mobilehomes. For this reason, we are offering a new equipment package for all partially integrated models: The Care Drive Package includes tyre pressure sensors, a lane departure warning system with an automatic dipped beam function as well as rain and light sensors. Furthermore, all fully integrated mobilehomes are equipped with the ventilated Grammer luxury seats as a standard.

2 The SUN I As a double-axle luxury liner, our new SUN I has already caused quite a stir. Now we are presenting the SUN I as a premium vehicle in the one-axle segment. With new layouts (700 LG, 700 LEG, 700 LX), the shorter SUN I model therefore replaces the SKY I Plus series beginning with the 2017 model series. The highlights of the new SUN I 700 series are closely aligned to the 900 series layouts, which continues to enjoy great popularity. The electrically controllable 32 LED TV or the CI Bus with optional App control and Wi-Fi module are again on board, as are the redesigned in-room bath with highquality one-piece washing table. The technical specialities, such as the large multifunctional doublefloor, the innovative TVT setup with particularly stable polyurethane edges in the roof, side walls and floors as well as the standard equipped aluminium-to-aluminium sandwich construction with interior textile trim, fulfil even the highest premium demands. The SUN TI Platinum Selection There is another way to make the SUN TI even more attractive: as the SUN TI Platinum Selection. The following features come standard: the Fiat Package II, the SUN TI Package, the Oyster 65 TV Package, the Décor Package, the Care Drive Package, the Milano Synthetic Leather Package and the Media Package. Beyond this, the special model thrills drivers with its powerful 130-hp motor, panorama skylight, frame windows, second garage door, ambient illumination or 190-litre refrigerator. The SKY TI Germany's best-selling partially integrated camper van has been redesigned for 2017 and now has an even higher quality. The many great solutions in terms of function and design, such as the TV element already known from the SUN I, the new offset décor with cross-grid pattern in pearly white, the integrated wardrobe including mirror or the single bed in Caravisio-style help the new SKY TI set milestones in the mid-sized class. Exterior highlights such as GRP roof and underfloor, the practical service box or the easily accessible battery storage box in the underfloor complement the equipment. An additional plus: In addition to the optimised layouts for the 2016 model year, the new 650 MG is also available. The former 650 MG model was revised and enhanced to create the 700 MG. Therefore, for 2017 we have eight layouts available. The SKY I The SKY I also receives a new design. In the interior, it is aligned to the SKI TI; the rear design of the SKY I has also been adapted from the SKI TI. The front of the SKY I is optically aligned to the SUN I premium model. Additional details of the new generation: The high-quality ventilated Grammer luxury seats come standard as they now are in all fully integrated vehicles. In addition, the offset décor in pearly white, the enlarged panorama windscreen or the oversized 145-litre refrigerator ensure an upgrade in the equipment. Changes have also been made to the layouts: In future, the 650 LG will become the 700 LG. The other layout plans have been revised. The SKY TRAVELLER Family The TRAVELLER special models will receive the additional name "Family" for the 2017 model year. The BOX STAR The interior of the BOX STAR was redesigned and offers even more stability and durability due to the high-quality dowel technology. The design was also upgraded and is now with its haptic surfaces in pearly white oriented towards the new SKY TI. Within the process of the model redesign, the BOX STAR 600 Solution Relax has been removed from the series.

3 KNAUS CARAVANS In model year 2017, all KNAUS Caravans will be given a new improved entrance door with integrated storage bin, window (regardless of series) and waste bin. In addition, numerous details were optimised throughout all series. The TRAVELINO (#travelino) With the TRAVELINO, the series production of our visionary lightweight concept vehicle will be launched. One additional year of development time, the most modern materials and a new type of manufacturing technology do not only make it the first of a new KNAUS generation, but also make it a true revolution in caravanning. Due to the latest drive train technology, the chassis alone was made up to 30% lighter. High-tech materials and up until now unrealisable manufacturing processes ensure enormous savings in weight, without compromising the quality or the equipment. In this fashion, we are able to build a full quality caravan that is situated aside all known weight balances and that will set new milestones in the industry. The highlights of the TRAVELINO technology (#travelino): * FibreFrame Frame technology * PowerAxle Extremely lightweight chassis technology with torsion bar spring axle * RevolutionCube EPP furniture construction technology * WoodWelding Ultrasonic connection technology for lightweight panels * UltraLight 750 kg permissible weight for fully functional 4-person caravan with additional load of over 100 kg (final determination remains outstanding) * Automotive appearance * Flat windows * Full LED illumination * Dynamic blink signal * Flexible Room-Bath-Room solution PowerAxle new chassis: * Weight-optimised (35% lighter than conventional chassis) through material structures explicitly for static (SKO Soft Kill Option) * A-form of the holms Micro-galvanizing lightweight (approx. 2.5 kg) and more durable than well-known galvanizing methods * Torsion rod spring axle for optimal road balance through single-wheel suspension. Very good driving stability * isc as a standard FibreFrame new frame: * High-quality gel coat finish of the frame * Torsion-resistant, self-supporting frame * Glued surface elements with consistent sealing level * In future, it enables fully new approaches in the design of the layouts and in the placement of the furniture (e.g. variable layouts; freely positionable elements) * The manufacturing process of the frame enables new possibilities in the implementation of multidimensional elements in the design * Automated manufacturing, further processing and final processing of the frame and the surface elements on the manufacturing line are in preparation and will be integrated within the scope of modernisation of the manufacturing line * Functions such as cable ducts can theoretically be integrated during the manufacturing process * Expanded load capacities (roof) are possible (actual details are, however, still based on the statistical projections and must still be verified)

4 RevolutionCube new furniture construction: * Furniture body and elements EPP (expanded polypropylene): extremely lightweight and stabile * Integrated, consistent illumination in the closets * Organic geometries * Pared down to lightweight construction WoodWelding new connection technology: * Through ultrasonic energy, the so-called Kaltschmelz components are connected to the carrying material in a high-tensile fashion. This connection technology is the main component in making the lightweight construction materials (multi-core and sandwich plates) extremely stable and load-bearing when connected. The connection technology is based on the patented WoodWelding technology developed by WoodWelding SA and is sub-licensed by Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG. UltraLight new dimensions in lightweight construction: * The keyword UltraLight combines all the lightweight construction themes of all previously mentioned caravan areas. Aside from the things such as sandwich construction and plates, honeycomb technology etc., the applied materials and processes such as EPP, FibreFrame or Chassis do not only open the mentioned possibilities, but also carry in total the implementation of a fully operational 4-person mobilehome with 750 kg approved total weight. In other words, UltraLight There will be two designs available for the TRAVELINO. The current prototype has two seating areas that can be modified into a double bed. In the front, the second layout will receive a double fixed bed. The SÜDWIND and SÜDWIND Silver Selection Our iconic SÜDWIND will be completely redesigned for the 2017 model year. The completely redesigned interior again creates milestones in the mid-size vehicle class. This is supported by the many new equipment details: The storage compartment under the seating area can now be pulled out and is no longer fitted with a flap. A strip light in the entrance upright section and the reworked bench toilet offer more comfort. Matching the new interior design, the upholstery variants are available in Brown Earth, Lime Green, Active Navy and Active Rock. The successful special models of the SÜDWIND Silver Selection will also be continued in 2017 and are based on the new SÜDWIND generation. The SÜDWIND EXCLUSIVE The SÜDWIND EXCLUSIVE series is discontinued for the 2017 model year. The SÜDWIND SCANDINAVIAN SELECTION The SÜDWIND SCANDINAVIAN SELECTION was specifically developed for the Scandinavian markets. This vehicle has been perfectly aligned to handle the Scandinavian climatic conditions; the vehicle has waste-water pipes in the interior and a Alde warm water heater that comes as a standard. Luxurious details such as the exquisite flooring in yacht optic, the panorama window Sky Roof or the dimmable LED ambient lighting make the SÜDWIND SCANDINAVIAN SELECTION to a real premium class caravan. The STARCLASS Since spring 2016, our range includes the STARCLASS, which was specifically developed for the UK market. The vehicle impresses with its modern design and premium equipment. In addition to the available layouts 560 and 565, beginning in autumn the layouts 480, 540 and 699 (as a single- or double-bed variant), will be added to the series. The EUROSTAR

5 The EUROSTAR series has been discontinued for model year WEINSBERG MOTORHOMES WEINSBERG motorhomes also have plenty to offer in the new season: In this manner, the height of the optional garage door on the left has been adapted on all motorhomes to eliminate the loading sill. In addition, we have optimised numerous details and ensured the completion of many practical functional solutions. The CaraCompact EDITION [PEPPER] As a special model to the CaraCompact, the EDITION [PEPPER] on the basis of a Peugeot offers enormous price advantages and sensational equipment packages. The Smart package, the Oyster TV package 65 and the WEINSBERG Media package as well as numerous other highlights are offered as standard equipment. Additionally, the second rear garage door, the 130-hp motor (a 160-hp motor is also available), alloy metal wheels, ambient lighting as well as décor and pillows from Tom Tailor ensure an impressive standard equipment package.. Two layouts are possible on an overall length of 6.47 metres: 600 MEG with four seats and two beds (double beds) positioned laterally. The 600 MG has three beds, whereby the rear beds are individually designed. Always on board: an entire galley with three-flame cooker and stainless steel sink plus refrigerator. The airy bathroom shines with its ceramic cassette toilet; the shower is equipped with a door for separation. DAB+ radio with sat-nav system and a screen for the standard rear-view camera, cruise control and several other features, make the [PEPPER] a carefree offer. The CaraLoft With the new décor and improved equipment, CaraLoft launches the 2017 model year. A USB socket now powers-up smartphones and tablets; swivel LED light strip round off the lighting concept of the CaraLoft. Unique in its price class: The Easy-Travel-Box, which bundles all service connections in an easily accessible manner. The layouts 650 MFH, 700 MEH and 700 MXH are equipped with a spacious in-room bath and therefore gain an additional 15 cm of standing height. They can optionally be equipped with a lifting bed. WEINSBERG CARAVAN The CaraTour Our newest member in the caravan segment: The CaraTour rings in a new price segment at WEINSBERG. As the "little brother" of the CaraBus, the CaraTour represents intelligent reduction and the focus on the most important things, while quality and functionality remain at the premium level of a WEINSBERG. This makes the CaraTour the optimum companion for frequent travellers and individually travelling globetrotters. The following layouts are available for the start of the CaraTour: 541 MQ, 601 MQ and 631 ME. WEINSBERG CARAVANS The CaraTwo Our newest member in the mobilehome segment. The CaraTwo is the new design icon made by WEINSBERG and, apart from the CaraOne, represents an especially young and modern caravan model. In particular, it convinces through its completely new, light and modern interior design (the

6 customer can select between three design versions), while it is comparable to the CaraOne in the equipment, price and product advantages offered. The CaraTwo will be available following the Caravan Salon Düsseldorf in four layouts: 390 QD, 400 LK, 450 FU or 500 QDK (optionally with CaraKids package). TABBERT In the 2017 model year, all series will be given numerous detail optimisations and will receive a new and improved entrance door with integrated storage compartment and window. The TABBERT PEP In our new PEP series, we combine modern design with the tried-and-tested TABBERT virtues. The result is a caravan whose progressive styling shows that tradition, quality and reliability as well as a fresh new look are not contradicting. With its trendy exterior and interior design, the PEP series is designed for campers who aside from premium quality place a high value on lifestyle and a modern appearance. This is also underlined by the high-quality surface LEDs, which provide warm ambient lighting in the interior, creating an elegant backdrop for the perfect colour scheme. The setup with the patented TABBERT roof is available in a premium steel sheet appearance and is now available in the following three layouts: As a 490 TD 2.3 with two double beds; as the 540 E 2.3 with a double bed and two single beds and as the 550 DM 2.3 with double bed and wide bunk bed. The TABBERT DA VINCI For the new model year, our feel-good family caravan receives two new layouts: in the compact 495 HW 2.3, two single beds are available in addition to the comfortable double bed. The spacious 550 DM 2.3 offers lots of space for the entire family; it offers a bunk bed, double bed and an extra-large refrigerator. Aside from the comfortable beds with 5-zone cold foam mattresses, the standard equipment also includes the patented TABBERT roof, the two-tone furniture décor and the solid wood edges of the furniture and tables. The TABBERT VIVALDI The TABBERT VIVALDI belongs to our absolute best-selling models and is well loved for its highest level of living comfort. For the new model year, we are providing the model with a new light-coloured wood-look floor, which will make the interior appear brighter and more inviting. In addition, both upholstery variants "Angelo" and "Pisa Blu" are available. The TABBERT PUCCINI Our sophisticated holiday caravan will be expanded to include the 685 DF 2.5 layout. This layout offers a free-standing double bed, a first in the TABBERT PUCCINI. Moreover, now two additional new upholstery variants are available: "Angelo" and "Pisa Blu". T@B Again in 2017, our iconic object will be available in three spectacular models: as T@B 320 RS, as T@B 320 Offroad and as T@B 400 TD. All models are available in the designs Basic, OffRoad, Metropolis or Mexican Sunset. The optional luggage box with sturdy stainless steel locks, which are aligned to the design of the tail light moulding as well as the high-quality alloy wheels, stylishly round off the retro look of the T@B.

7 RENT-AND-TRAVEL: The easy way to enjoy temporary camping In Germany alone, 56 million people travel annually. One-quarter of them can envision taking a holiday in a camper van or mobilehome most of them, however, have never been caravanning before. It can be so easy: Using the new KNAUS TABBERT RENT-AND-TRAVEL programme. Advantages: The interested parties do not have to spend a lot of time looking for a camping station, but simply head to one of Germany s 600 partner offices of BEST Travel. The participating travel agencies will then complete the booking both quickly and professionally. The experienced consultant also know what vehicle is the right one for your holiday trip.
